    Amazing Carpet Repair

    Mark and his crew did an amazing job stretching my carpet and making it look brand new....his service tech Dan was very professional....the work was done efficiently and in a timely manner...would definitely recommend Mark at Vicrorious carpet any day of the week!!! Amazing job guys!!!!

    Carpet Stretching - These guys are the best!

    Victorious Flooring did an incredible job stretching the carpet in my large basement family and games rooms. I had several large wrinkles and dozens of smaller ones - now it looks like a brand new freshly laid carpet. It was a difficult project with complexities that made other potential contractors walk away. Their technicians were respectful, accommodating, fast, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. Most of all, I appreciated their attention to detail. I’m a self-admitted perfectionist and was very happy with how things turned out. Their customer service is the best I’ve seen. There was a small issue that resulted due to some miscommunication, and they quickly and very willingly agreed to come back and take care of it. There’s a reason these guys have amazing reviews. Don’t waste your time shopping around like I did. Victorious Flooring is the best!

    Excellent work on carpet installation

    We hired the team to replace our old carpet in the basement. They did excellent job installing the new carpet and cleaned up everything before leaving the site. Also, they quoted us very good price. We will definitely hire them again in future!

    Replacing the flooring in our home

    Very proactive is the best way to describe Tao. They were fully engaged for the entire process, offering very helpful advice at each step. If you've never done a floor replacement before and want someone to guide you through the process, Tao is the right company. When I mentioned to them that I also wanted to replace my old bi-fold closet doors, they said that they had just the specialist in mind who would be able to do it and would contact this person to coordinate the process. Of the four flooring contractors I interviewed, Tao was the only one who was willing to help with the bi-fold doors. The others said I would have to find another contractor myself.

    New carpet in den

    I am very pleased with the work I had done by Victorious Carpet and would gladly recommend to anyone. I used the shop at home service and was pleased with the choices offered and the professional yet friendly service. The work was done quickly and competently with no sign I had had any work done except for the lovely new carpet. Thank you!

    Excellent Service and Quick Repair

    I contacted Mark on a Monday to come by and give me a quote on a carpet repair for a small room in my basement. I had a water leak and insurance subcontractors did a terrible job fixing the affected carpet. I explained this to Mark and he was able to come by on Thursday of the same week to take a look. He explained everything that was done incorrectly by the insurance subcontractor and prepared a detailed invoice explaining the repair required. He said his employees could come Saturday morning. The two gentlemen called before they arrived on Saturday, got to work very quickly, were very professional and very courteous. My repair was completed in about an 1 hour and the carpet looks exactly as it did before my water leak!! I was thrilled with the service from both Mark and his staff and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    Staircase carpet

    Repair of hole in carpet

    Mark took the time to carefully explain the options to me when I first called. He came as scheduled and the work was perfectly done so that even though Mark said the repair would be visible if you looked closely, it was invisible to me.

    Carpet install for hallway and 3 stairs

    Had several installers (all found on HomeStars of course) come to give quotes. We went with Victorious not only for the fair price quoted but also for the knowledge and attention that Mark paid while visiting for the quote. The work was done very professionally - all 3 stairs had open parts, and two of them had spindles so "hand crafting" on them. The two gentlemen who did the work were great and obviously knew what they were doing. Very satisfied with the price paid, the work done, and the end result.

    Carpet Installation

    Mark's guys were phenomenal. They were so impressive I felt like they had ownership in the company -- polite, professional, and helped to explain the steps every part of the way to complete the task. Communication was fantastic, and the job was even better than my expectations. Not only would I refer them but I'd leave them in my house unattended and wished they could build houses!
