    Carpet stretching

    Efficient and friendly staff that came on time. Told me exactly what they could do and overachieved their promise. Great work and highly recommend them for any carpet repair services.

    Staircase job

    We called Mark at Victorious Carpet & Flooring on last Monday to replace our staircase carpet. Mark took his time to asses the job and has provided us with few alternative options but was more focusing on repairing the damaged sections instead of replacing the entire staircase. We took his advice and have used our walk-in closets matching carpet and replaced the 4 damaged steps. Mark was also able to find a reasonable matching carpet for the walk-in closet. We had this project pending for almost 1 year and everybody else we spoke never mentioned about this alternative money saving method. Mark is great to deal with. Honest, professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. We ended up spending 1/3 of the actual cost of replacing the entire stair case and the work took less then 2 hours with his 2 technicians that he send. I am happy to find this company, and will definitely recommend their services to friends and family members. mike

    Carpet installation

    Incredibly happy with their service from the moment we decided to give them a call and we spoke to Mark about our needs. Not only they are very knowledgeable but they were also very patient with us, since we were not sure what we really wanted/needed. Mark helped us make the right decision and in the process we learned so much about different options and the pros and cons for each. We could tell that Mark wanted the best for us. The process of installation was also amazing, and the person that installed our carpet was so professional and efficient.     Easy fix, went above and beyond

    We called Victorious to fix two thresh-holds where the carpet was coming away due to shoddy work on the part of the original installer we had hired 8 years before who was not a flooring specialist. The repair was quick and very affordable, and looks great. The best part was, the technician (who was clearly very experienced) also took the time to clean up a few areas where the shoddy workmanship of the original installer was clearly showing around my stairs and baseboards, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend and use Victorious again (and I probably will!)

    Excellent service!

    The entire project was quick and painless with Victorious Flooring. We are so happy with our decision to go with them. Mark was very helpful and honest when we chose our carpet for the stairs and upper hallway. It was a really small project, so I wasn’t sure it was worth their time. He was not a pushy salesman at all, and didn’t try to push the more expensive carpet on us. He helped us make the most practical choice for our family. The installers (Dan and Marlon) were respectful and very professional. We will definitely use this company for any flooring projects we have in the future. Thanks again! I’ve included a before and after photo. Ignore the terrible bannister, that’s our next project!

    Full basement / home theatre carpeting replacement

    Based on HomeStars reviews, we contacted Victorious (and others) for a quote. Mark came out within a few days of our call (on a Saturday for our convenience during the ice-storm without excuses!) and walked us through numerous options and colour schemes and offered up his expert opinion as to what would be appropriate. It was approx 1500' of carpet. By Monday we had a very detailed quote that was acceptable to us and we picked a potential date just 2 weeks out for installation wholly dependent on carpet delivery. It was confirmed ahead of time that our date would work and they showed up right on time. Ramsey and his team did a very thorough installation job with excellent clean-up and moved all furniture back to where it was originally. We would wholeheartedly recommend them as they did what they said the would when they said they would and for the price they quoted. Wish all service providers were this dependable.

    Carpet stretching

    We were so impressed with the job Victorious Carpet and Flooring did. Our carpets had started to ripple in some of the high traffic areas and we contacted Mark to help. Mark was fantastic and got back to us quickly with all the information we needed. He was so helpful and accommodating and he kindly got us booked in quickly. The carpets look brand new now.
