3 sets of old stairs
Mark is amazing: I do home renovations for a living, know all about hassles, chasing, not showing up, charging double...you name it, I have seen it Mark is a relief: shows up on time, takes his time to explain, provides knowledgable advice...then of all wonders, shows up on the scheduled day and on scheduled time and does the work. feels good. and the work is excellent: these were difficult, beat up old stairs to work with. Dont go looking for a carpet guy, you found one.

Fantastic company to work with
I needed my bedroom carpets stretched to remove buckling in several areas. Mark was easy to communicate with and provided a reasonable quote for the work. The technicians arrived within the expected time frame, and I appreciated the quick "we're on our way and should be there in 20 minutes" phone call before they arrived. The technicians were professional and courteous and did an excellent job. I am extremely satisfied.

Bedrooms recarpeted
Great experience from start to finish. Mark was very helpful and patient from selecting the type of carpets we were looking for, clearly defined the procedure, always answered any of our questions promptly, and most importantly, excellent and fast installation service. I now consider Victorious Flooring my go to business for future carpet/flooring projects.

Carpet installation and removal of old carpet.
Mark was very professional from beginning to end. Excellent service. Great job with carpet installation! Looks great! Very neat and organized staff. Quality work. Mark was knowledgeable and gave us good advice regarding carpet and underpaid options. We would recommend Mark to others. We are very pleased with the results.

Bedroom Carpets
Great experience from beginning to end. Mark explained everything in detail and answered all our questions with patience, no matter major, minor, or even repetitive. Mark was very accommodating with scheduling our day of installation. Our installers Erdem and Jason were punctual, worked quickly and efficiently.

Master Bedroom Renovation
I am in the middle of renovating my master bedroom/bathroom. We called Mark for a quote and he came over with samples and provided a quote on the spot. The installers that came were very courteous and professional and finished the job in one hour. I'm very happy with the carpet and the service!

Carpet replacement
The guys replaced the carpeting on 2 of our staircases and the basement. They were very professional and efficient. As well as accommodating to our schedule.
