CARPET REPAIR
Prompt, courteous service, quick appointment, fair price and really great work. We were so happy with the result. We had wrinkly waves in our carpet in the hallway and on the stairs. Now they are gone! No need to replace the carpets so a big cost savings.

Carpet repair
Mark and team did a very professional job stretching broadloom . It now looks perfect with all bumps and waves now flat .

Basement carpet installtion
Mark from Victorious flooring came to give a quotation. Presented himself very professional and the quotation was very competitive with others. Overall installation and customer service were fantastic. Very punctual with arrival time for installation. The installtion was quick, clean and damage free. Victorious flooring was very knowledgeable and helpful when selecting the carpet and underpad. I would strongly recommend Victoriuos flooring to others.

We could not have asked for a better experience replacing our carpeting
From our first visit to Mark through work completion with Remzi, the entire project was managed professionally and promptly. The crew at Victorious (CI&RS) worked with our schedule to show us samples, and even educate us on which carpeting would best fulfill our needs. On installation day(s) the crew arrived on time and took great care with out house and belongings. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, and most importantly, effective. The job was done on-time and on-budget and the results are everything we hoped for. I could not be happier with how this job turned out.

Recarpeting second floor
Recarpeting of second floor and stairs. Plus re-installation of carpet (including new underpad) in basement following water damage. Everything about this organization and my experience was professional, on time and to my complete satisfaction. This is my second time using Victorious Carpeting and I would recommend highly. I love my new carpet!

Carpet Renovations
I have never been so willing to write a review, but Mark and his team definitely deserve the recognition. I had originally heard about Victorious Carpet Installation through a general search on HomeStars as my wife and I were looking to getting our old carpet removed and replaced. After having read a multitude of content reviews, I decided to give Mark a call; we quickly managed to find a time for an in-home quote. Once having met Mark it is clear how professional he is. Not only this, but he is undoubtedly knowledgeable in his line of work. He came on time and with a variety of samples for us to choose from. Even better yet, he also gave us a lot of advice and suggestions; allowing us to truly feel comfortable in his work and with our project. You could truly get a sense of how passionate he was in his product and in helping us. His team was also just as magnificent. They managed to get all the old carpet removed, and replaced in a couple of hours and the final product was breathtaking. We could not have been more pleased with the entire interaction with Mark and his team. Definitely worth the money. Recommend to anyone. Thank you.

Kitchen Floor Installation
As stated in past Homestars reviews on other recommended contractors that we’ve used on our home projects, there really are only 3 key components in completing any successful project: quality material, skilled experienced labour, and well-managed customer expectations delivered consistently. From our recent personal experience Victorious Carpet & Flooring delivered top marks. From the get-go, all of our kitchen flooring requirements and communications were handled in a friendly, prompt and efficient manner by Mark Aydin, starting within hours of initial contact. Mark and his installation technician crew (Ramsey and Zekai) delivered 100% to all expectations. My wife and I were very pleased with the final result. Conclusion: if you want an professional job, pay an honest reasonable price to get the job done right the first time, call Victorious. You won't regret it.
