    Mark is the expert

    Mark took his time to explain different carpets, pros & cons and how to maintain them when he came for the estimate. He has the most knowledge among few companies came to do the estimate. The installers was on time, did a great job and clean up after. I will definitely hire Victorious Carpet in the future again.

    Marvellous Mark

    We are impressed with Mark Aydin's expertise, organizational skills, and friendliness. He gave us a reasonable quote for carpeting a long staircase and upstairs hallway.     Carpet Repair

    We retained Victorious Carpet Installation & Repair Services to stretch a segment of our wall-to-wall basement carpet and remove the wrinkling/buckling that had begun to cause a trip hazard. Mark scheduled the consultation visit promptly; arrived on time; and, provided clear, expert advice and a cost-effective solution for repairing and protecting the carpet from irreversible fibre damage. The repair visit was also scheduled promptly, and the experienced technician arrived on time and completed his work in a professional and skilled manner. We were most impressed with the customer-focused service experience as well as the reliability and professionalism of Mark and his team. We would highly recommend the company.

    Carpet Runner

    I hsd to install a carpet runner for safety reasons and when I read the reviews on Homestar, Victorious Carpet is my first choice. Mark is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He gives very good recommendations on choice and style of carpet and provided very practical solutions suitable for my purpose and budget. He would not overprice you for the job or upsell you for your carpet selection. He is extremely patient with all of my questions and responded in a timely manner, even though my job is small. I am very happy with the service sand will definitely recommend to anyone who needs to install carpet.

    Very happy!

    We needed to replace the carpet on our stairway - Mark was wonderful to work with, he was easy to reach via phone email and text, very helpful in answering questions, and came in to give us an estimate and provide carpet samples for us to choose from. His workmen arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and did a great job. The work was completed quickly and our stairs look great. The entire process was easy and we are very happy with the results. I would use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

    Carpet stretching and repinning

    The carpet in our hall, stairs and landing had become very loose. I reached out to Victorious carpet through homestar. They were very responsive, within minutes they replied back and we scheduled a time and date for the project. They provided a fantastic service, they did a great job. I was very happy with the entire service and would recommend to anyone!

    Carpet repair

    This was not a very large repair project, however, Victorious Carpet did an extremely professional job on it. I was very pleased with results and would have no hesitation in recommending them for any carpet repair work.

    Wall to wall in bedroom 14x15ft

    We were able to get an appointment with Mark within a few days of calling and he came by with lots of samples in the style that we discussed over the phone. By the end of the week two installers came and made quick work of the job. I appreciated that Mark explained the job in detail, he went over what to expect with regards to installation around the radiator etc. He was very thorough. We also appreciated that we were able to have the cut off piece edged so not to waste it. Highly recommend for excellent service from start to finish.

    December 2017 - excellent service

    Excellent service start to finish. Came in to do the quote, showed me options and explained the differences. Installation team arrived on time, dealt with Condo concierge/elevator perfectly and installed in 2 hours!

    Carpet installation

    We have three bedrooms with original builders carpet that desperately needed replacing. Contacted Victorious based on their Home Stars rating, Mark called me immediately and setup an appointment. Mark was very thorough in explaining all the variables and clearly knows what he is talking about. He is also very accommodating, we changed our minds on colour and style twice and we had to reschedule several times, Mark was very patient and never pressured us. The installation guys were prompt, courteous and very professional, and the rooms look sensational . Won’t hesitate to recommend the good people at Victorious Flooring, thank you Mark and your team.
