    Fabulous! Highly Reccomended

    I can't recommend victorious carpets enough! Their customer service was amazing, their price was so reasonable and the final product is absolutely beautiful. Don't go anywhere else! Keep up the great work!

    Very happy with my new carpet

    I decided to go with Victorious Flooring because of all the good reviews I read on this website. I am so glad that I did! I needed carpet for my basement as well as the stairs. I am very happy with my new carpet and also with the service provided by Mark. He came to my home and showed me different samples within my budget. He was very friendly, polite and professional. He also came a second time after I finished painting to make sure I was happy with the original colour. We ended up changing the colour to the dolphin grey and it looks so good, I'm so grateful that Mark insisted on showing me the samples again. The installer Jason was very professional and did a great job! Thank you Mark and Jason for all your help and hard work! I would definitely recommend this company!

    Carpet Installation

    From my first phone call to the carpet installation I found this company easy to deal with and efficient. Mark responded to my initial phone call promptly and made arrangements to visit my house with carpet samples within days. He was able to have the carpet installed within my tight time frame. The installer arrived on time and was experienced, efficient and hardworking. A positive experience for me all round. Thanks Mark and crew.

    Carpet Installation

    Can't say enough positive things about Mark and victorious carpet. Mark was professional, courteous and offered us an amazing product at an even better price. Installation went smoothly and the finished product looks excellent.

    Main floor

    Sorry for the delay on the review Mark! Simply put, Mark is a professional in every which way. Offers a high quality product and stands behind everything. The carpet has shown no wear whatsoever and Mark is meticulous when installing. Great guy with a great attitude. I will post a picture of the project shortly. Thanks Mark!

    Carpet done lickety-split

    I needed to re-carpet a small, under 120 sq foot basement room to replace what was there due simply to old age and wear and tear. I consulted the big box stores, as well as Victorious here on Home Stars. Marc was able to come by my house in about two days, with some samples. After seeing my room, he asked what my uses were--how often I am in there, what I use the room for, etc. He basically told me he doesn't want to overcharge me for a room that is not high traffic, and he removed the sample boards of carpet he brought me, went out to the car, and brought back samples of carpet that was just-as good wearing, but more basic and less expensive. In fact, it turns about about 1/3 to 1/2 per square foot cheaper than what I was seeing at the big box stores. We discussed options about replacing the underpad vs. keeping the padding I already had (again, to keep costs low)..and a few hours later, I had a quote in hand. This was a Thursday evening. By Tuesday afternoon--5 days later--the carpet was installed! Concurrently, I was waiting to get a quote from the big box store, but their install service hadn't called me back for an appointment. Put it this way--I got a quote and installation from Victorious QUICKER than I even received the consult from the big box stores. This is how the little independent stores win--service AND value. Recommended.

    Carpet runner for stairs

    Mark and Mike were great! They were able to come out and get us quoted the next day and we had everything installed in less than two weeks. The follow-up throughout the process was very impressive! My wife and I love our new carpet runners and we will absolutely be thinking of Victorious if anybody we know is planning on getting floors done.
