    Carpet repair

    We could not be happier with the way our carpet repair and relaying turned out. Your technicians did an amazing job; it was even better than we hoped. They were professional, polite, creative and accommodating. When you left yesterday morning, you said we were in good hands. You were right. We have been very pleased with our experience with Victorious Flooring and hope you will share this with your technicians.

    Service 6 years after installation.... still amazing

    After it took us about a week to figure out the source of a leak in our basement (turned out to be a backed up drain hose from the air conditioner), we sadly decided we'd need to replace some sections of our beautiful 6-year old carpet, as mould would likely set in. We called Mark to assess how much we'd need to replace. When Mark came by, he looked at it all very carefully and explained that because the underpad is a very high quality synthetic (10 mm Gold with moisture, mould and mildew protector, if you're interested), mould growth is inhibited and that everything actually looked fine! He re-stretched the carpet for us and it looks like nothing ever happened. I can assure you that you'll never regret choosing Victorious Carpet.

    Stretched and reset my rug in basement

    Needed to have rug reset after plumbing work in basement. Came by and professionally reset rug. Also sealed and reset cut rug such that you cannot see the seam! Professional and courteous and COMPETENT.

    Replacing 1982 gold and green shag carpets

    Let me start by saying that once you meet Mark your search for the right carpet company will end. You found it. I was drawn to Victorious Flooring because of all of the reviews and let me say they are SO accurate. I chose the in-home consultation for measurements and carpet selection. Mark arrived on time with samples in hand specifically chosen for the needs of my home (I have a dog and 3 small kids). He meticulously measured the areas in need of new carpet and went over all of the ins and outs of the samples. His honesty and integrity were ever apparent in helping me pick from the plethora of choices. I selected, paid the deposit and he kindly stored my carpet for me because I wanted to wait for our bathroom renovations to be over before installing our new carpet (which weren't but that is a different review I will write for an unrelated company at a later date). I booked the installation date and looked forward to my appointment. Installation day was a dream. His wonderful technicians arrived on time and were polite, skilled and meticulous in their craft. I paid extra to have my furniture dismantled and moved around as we could not provide them with empty rooms. They did everything - including reassembly in one day. That free worked ALL day without a break. I begged them to let me make them food or coffee... no thank you was the answer as they just wanted to work. My (awful) contractor left a huge problem on the threshold of the bathroom tile edge and the hall carpet. Mark's team had to uninstall in that area, fix it and then re-install... and they did so without hesitation. All they wanted was to help me and make me happy. And I am beyond happy. I am over the moon. Mark was easily available on the day of installation to offer his advice on our problem (NOT a problem caused by him).. and followed up with me late in the evening to make sure I was happy. Mark is an honest, hardworking, customer oriented man who lives, eats and breathes carpets. It is IMPOSSIBLE to go wrong by choosing Victorious Flooring. 10 stars isn't enough.

    Carpet replacement in a condo

    Mark from Victorious came to my condo to make a recommendation after receiving my quote request to replace the carpets in both bedrooms in my condo. I knew what I wanted and Mark was very knowledgeable about carpets and underlay. He recommended a specific kind of carpet that would work well for my needs and for what I wanted. Installation went quickly and well. Mark's team arrived promptly, and did a good job at laying the new carpet, although they did go over the noon deadline for the elevator, which was the only thing that caused me any stress. They took the old carpet and underlay away as well as a closet door that I asked they remove as a special favour. All in all, job well done and I will (and have) recommended Victorious to other companies.

    Basement carpet

    I finally got around to finishing my basement. I did everything except spray foam and carpet because I have a background in carpentry and managing construction projects, and these are the only two trades I can not or will not attempt on my own. My wife will tell you that I think I can do everything, but even I won't do carpet. I've had spotty luck going with Homestars recommendations in the past (see my spray foam review if you can), but I decided to visit Mark based on this website. He gave me a competitive quote and I appreciated his knowledge and ideas. I like discussing things with tradespeople who know their craft and want others to understand, instead of just dismissing questions. Mark is like that - if you're interested, he'll explain. The installers came when they said they would, they were quick and careful, and the space is exactly what we wanted. I couldn't be happier.

    Carpet installation

    The entire experience was positive. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The crew was efficient and courteous. Despite the repeated warnings that the stairlift might affect the outcome (a risk we were willing to take), the final result looks perfect. Will be using this company for our next renovation.

    Quick 'n' Awesome Carpet Installation Job!

    Needed a carpet replaced the recreation room of a newly purchased home. This was somewhat urgent as the 'big move’ date was approaching. Initially spoke with Mark who helped get the ball rolling. Almost immediately after, received a visit from ace carpet technician Mike who arranged to have the job done early the next day. Man, I can only say the I am quite 'floored' by the impeccable quality of the carpet and installation job. The room looks absolutely fantastic! Not only did Mike get the carpet set up in no time, he also vacuumed it and removed the old carpet, underpad etc. ! A big thank you guys! Won't hesitate to recommend Victorious to anyone I come across needing a carpet job. Take care... :)

    Carpeted open and closed staircase

    from the first contact with Mark, I had replies and a quote within a few days. His team did an excellent job on carpeting an open staircase, landing and stairs leading to basement. I would highly recommend for their product and workmanship.

    Bedroom carpet removal and installation

    Mark and his team were great. He came out for an estimate bringing carpet samples and helping us choose what's best for our home. It was very convenient having him come to us. The actual carpet removal and Installation went well - they showed up on time, did a great job and even vacuumed after they finished.
