carpet installed in 2 bedrooms
Mark was awesome to deal with. Came to our house on a holiday and helped us decide on carpet for our two bedrooms. Price was very good and the service was exceptional. This company will definately be back for our stair project.

Cozy Carpet on Stairs
Mark was great to deal with. We made few calls here and there and no one showed interest for our small project. Had a big box store come in to do the measurements. The estimate that they gave at the store was $600 ~ $700 and then paid a fee for them to do the measurement at home, the price jumped to almost $1100. After few no shows as well with some other carpet contractors we put our project on a hold. Recently we had our second baby. Short after she was almost slipping down from the stairs. So we started all over again to find the right person to do the job. After visiting few stores and doing researches online we phoned Victorious Flooring. Mark was very polite and curious, took his time to ask some questions that were not asked by the others. Provided us with the right information without giving higher hopes. Other carpet stores have told us that carpet will be prevent slips and falls, Mark said it will provide a better grip and traction but won't prevent it. It will also provide a softer lending in case of a slip or fall but he made it clear that it won't prevent it. Other stores recommended a berber carpet. Mark said we should choose a softer fibre carpet that is not firm to get the better traction so we decided to proceed with Victorious Flooring. Mark came in within the next few days. showed us some suitable carpet swatches. We made the choice and placed the order, Mark immediately booked the job for the next day and we had our carpeting done in less than 4 days from the start. We are very happy with the entire process. The carpet feels great and performs better then excepted. We will absolutely refer Mark’s services to friends and family members. Thank you for the great and friendly service!

Basement carpeting
Mark was great to deal with. Excellent communication from start to finish. Always available when you need him. You will clearly see that Mark is respecting your home, time and money. Hard to find such contractors these days.

Great service in a nightmare situation
I called Mark at Victorious Flooring because of the fantastic Homestar reviews. He was prompt and courteous in replying so I hired him to stretch 3 rooms of buckling carpet. His crew of Erden and Jason came on time and both were also polite and professional. I confess upfront that what I gave them to work with was horrible, which is why I’m not completely satisfied with the results-but it isn’t in any way the fault of Victorious Flooring. They were actually more disappointed than I was, which showed me they are true professionals. The upstairs room was fast work and looks good (carpet is over hardwood). Then they went downstairs. The carpet was laid over ceramic tile. They called me down to show me. The 1” strip the carpet was “anchored” to was barely held down by spots of black masking tape. None of the floorboards had previously been removed, so the carpet was basically just nailed down beside it. Half of the under pad was upside down, which allowed the carpet to slip around. There was literally nothing they could do with it, unless they ripped it all out and started over again. They somehow managed to get some of the buckling out, but some remains. Overall, with the situation I provided, they did a great job. Suffice to say—you get what you pay for. Had they laid the carpet to begin with, I doubt I would have ever HAD this issue, as they were more frustrated with the results than I was. Because of THEIR dissatisfaction with the job results, they refused to charge me what I was quoted. They reduced the price by nearly 50%. Who does that in this day and age? Only true professionals. Word of advice to anyone laying carpeting—don’t cheap out. You WILL get what you pay for. Hire people like Victorious Flooring TO BEGIN WITH and have the job done right. I’d like to thank Mark, Erden, and Jason for their efforts and the reduced pricing when the job was not done to THEIR satisfaction.

Carpet Installation
We are very happy with the carpet that was installed by Victorious Carpet. Everything went very smoothly and headache free. Mark Aydin is very professional and knowledgeable. He came to our house to give us a free, no obligated consultation, and he gave us excellent advice on types and color of carpet that is most suitable for our need. Mark sent us a team of carpet technicians who are professional and efficient. They’ve done a fantastic job and are beyond our expectation. I also like that Mark followed up and called us a couple times to ensure there are no concerns. Overall, we’ll give Victorious Carpet a 10.

New carpet in basement
I want to say Thank you to Mark who's was really great, helpful and very informative. I had asked them to remove some old carpet and hardwood floors and replace the basement with new padding and carpet. The process was seamless, easy and quick and looks fantastic.

Carpet Change
Mark came over to see the place and brought samples... Over the course of the hour as he took measurements and spoke, I realized he also brought a massive amount of KNOWLEDGE as well. He went through quality of materials, the right colours for the place, the way the work is carried out, the differences between various carpets and under-padding and many were things you will not find online easily. Despite having done research beforehand, I learned quite a few new things. It made me want to hire them. A time was booked, and his team showed up on time, completed the work within the schedule they said they would (it was an 8 hour job), and cleaned up after themselves. The work done was impeccable in neatness and the team was very friendly and fast! I also requested Mark to fix the creaking floors and they were able to provide a solution for that. He had discussed the possibilities and options in each case and thankfully everything was to expectation.

Basement stairs carpet
Excellent service from start to finish. Very professional and cleaned up their mess. Job was scheduled on Wed and completed by Friday. I highly recommend this company.

Basement carpet
The owner Mark was great to deal with. He was quick, professional and to the point. Called on Tuesday, visit and quote on Wednesday and job completed in two hours on Friday. Couldn't have asked for better service. Good job team.

Carpet supply and installation in 3 bedrooms and 2 stairways
Mark was very professional, responsive, and friendly in coming to my house to review my needs and ensure I was aware of the pro's and con's of different carpet options I was considering for bedrooms and stairways in my house. (Note that I had already removed the previous carpet myself.) He was very timely in providing a detailed quote for supplying and installing carpet in three bedrooms, adjoining hallway and two stairways. Price wasn't the only factor for me - I wanted to ensure a quality installation that I would be happy with later. I selected Victorious as their price was competitive AND I had high confidence of a quality installation based on their Homestars rating and my own experience in getting the detailed quote. The installation was completed on schedule as arranged without any surprises or issues. I am very pleased with the quality of the carpet selected and the quality of the installation.
