    Pride of workmanship

    We are soo impressed with the professional and helpful attitude that Mark (the owner) displayed while visiting us for a quote. He was helpful and a fairly priced for good quality carpet + installation. The carpet looks gorgeous and the installers were professional and showed pride in their work. Highly recommend this company.

    Basement Installation

    I had Mark from Victorious Flooring remove old carpet and install new under pad and carpet . He came to our house to give a quote and was very knowledgable on all types of flooring I explained what I was looking floor and my concerns so I decided to hire them. Going over all the details with him from picking the colour to the type of carpet as well as the type of under pad. They came this past Tuesday and from removing the old to new one the installers were top notch and very good and they cleaned up after themselves with no mess and turned out better then I thought and all done in one day which was great . I would have no problem recommending mark and his company . Thanks Again

    Carpet installation

    We recently had our second floor carpet replaced by Victorious Carpet. I was very impressed with Mark's professionalism and follow through. He was flexible with times for the estimate and installation. The process was simple and efficient and we are 100% satisfied with the results.

    Carpet Repair

    We hired Victorious Flooring to repair our carpet. Mark answered all of my questions promptly. The repair men were on time, courteous, and did a great job, and I would use them again.

    Great service

    Mark was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helped us choose the carpet that best suited our needs and not his pocket. We had some issues with the carpet itself after installation. Even though this was a manufacturers defect, Mark went out of his way to ensure that the problem was corrected to our satisfaction with as little disruption to us. I would highly recommend Mark and Victorious Carpet Installation.

    Carpet Installation on Stairs

    Mark was an excellent person to deal with and gave us several options for the type of carpet that we could use on our hallway stairs. Everything was organized in a timely manner and the installation went perfectly. Very impressed with the cleanup following the installation. Highly recommend this company.

    Basement carpet

    Mark was very helpful from the first phone call (my basement flooded, he provided me some advice on how to dry and clean my basement right away, without even discussing a carpet replacement purchase at all). His sales estimates were quick and his team was easy to deal with on-site. Very easy experience.

    Carpet stretch

    After the repair of a broken sewage pipe, I contacted a few companies that advertised that they would re-stretch a carpet. Mark asked good questions. From pictures, he gave me a reasonable price. What I forgot to mention, was that the carpet had been torn in two places during the sewage repair work. Mark's team worked on my carpet for over an hour. They did an amazing job and kept to the quoted price even though it was substantially more work. I didn't think this kind of service still existed!

    Carpet Stretching

    All the wonderful reviews led me to contact Mark, he replied to my email promptly and came over for an estimate. I appreciated all his great advices and impressed by his passion and excellent attitude to do not just a standard but a wow job. Erdem came with a technician for carpet stretching of a bedroom and minor fix of the entrance to the other two rooms. Job was perfectly finished, Erdem was professional and knowledgeable, paid close attention to my concerns. Mark and his team are awesome ! I will definitely go back to Mark and his team for future project. Thank you !
