Carpet Replacement
I can't speak highly enough of Mark and the team at Victorious. My wife and I had a terrible experience with a carpet installer who came highly recommended that we hired to complete a major renovation. The carpet was in dire need of repair and, after seeing the carpet, the repair person we brought over (not Victorious), urged us to replace the carpet rather than repair the existing issues and highly recommended Victorious Flooring. Needless to say, Mark and his installers are true professionals. Mark spent a good chunk of time scoping out the area to carpet, identifying risks (ie. carpets not to buy for pets), and helping us make all the right decisions. Understanding we were on a time crunch, he even managed to squeeze us into an already busy week. The installers came on time and did a top-notch job with the install. We couldn't be happier. I already have friends and family in mind to refer to Victorious and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Carpet Straightening
My basement carpet had started to push upward in some sections and I finally decided to do something about this. I e-mailed Victorious and Mark got back to my e-mail quickly. He was even able to give me a rough quote based on the dimensions and pictures I provided. Once I decided to go ahead, his crew was able to come the next day. They did a great job and it is now nice and smooth. They even worked around some tricky sections without making a tear. This goes to show you have to hire someone good in the first place to do the job right. I would call Mark again if I needed a new carpet, straightening or a repair.

Carpet repair
We had basement water damage and the insurance contractor ripped up the carpet and removed the affected underpad. I contacted Victorious based in large part on the great homestars reviews. Mark got back to me very quickly, asked me to send some pictures, and gave me an estimate. I had to wait a few weeks for the other work to be done, but once it was I contacted Mark and he got me scheduled in within about a week. Technician arrived on time, went to work and finished the job with no issues. He even had to work harder considering the lack of care used when it was removed. No surprises, and final cost was even a bit lower then the estimate. I'd definitely call Victorious the next time I have carpet repair needed.

Carpet installation
This is the second time that Mark,s company installed carpeting for me. His staff was as competent and professional as they were the first time. When the work was completed Mark called to ensure that I was satisfied. After the job was completed I asked the workers how to remove a rust stain on the carpet they had previously installed. Despite the fact that I am sure they wished to leave, they did take the time to inspect the stain and offer suggestions as to how to treat it.

Another win for me, thanks to Mark!
5 years of tenants, and some carpeting and tiles that had definitely seen better days. I called Mark, and just like the first time we met, he was a pleasure to deal with -- a great product at a great price, installed on time (including working an overtime Sunday to meet my timeframe). Owners of older houses take note, he took in stride the complications he discovered in my basement, and problem solved them with finesse. At no extra charge. Truly a class act.

East End Project...
Victorious Flooring continues to be my first choice when dealing with Carpet installation and repair! Sincere advice, beautiful workmanship and timely installation are just a few of the praises for this reputable and much respected company. Thank you Mark for coming through for my client. She is very happy with the quality and attention to detail. The "high end" Tiburon wool carpet was bound and installed elegantly to compliment the new staircase and overall home renovation! 5*++

Great customer service, even better results!
Mark from Victorious was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He was flexible with timing and the job got done in a short amount of time. I was most satisfied that he followed up with the work his team did. Will definitely be using this company again.

Basement Re-Carpeting
This was the second time we used Victorious and are very happy with the results. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner, and Victorious is very price competitive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a flooring professional!

Floor installation
The amount of professionalism & attention to detail was amazing, very clean and considerate of what we wanted, protected our walls and everything, we didn't have to worry about a thing and it was done when we needed our floor completed by! I would highly recommend Victorious Flooring to anyone who is looking to have a floor done

Carpet Stretching and Seam Repair
After researching various companies I chose Victorious partly because of the great reviews. Mark was terrific to deal with and was upfront and honest about whether they would be able to make the repairs. However, the job turned out better then I expected. The technician was courteous and did a fantastic job. Thank-you!
