    Carpet on Stairs

    Mark and his team were very professional. Price was competitive, the product is great and the staff is timely. He also makes things much easier by doing a home assessment and bringing samples along. My neighbors were already asking me for a good carpet guy and I will definitely be recommending this place! Thanks again Mark.

    carpet and Dricore floating subfloor system.

    I really enjoyed dealing with everyone from Victorious. His customer service was superb. I always received calls back immediately, and he helped me to stay on budget and on time with my project. The guys were reliable and helpful, and I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for carpet and Dricore floating subfloor system. In fact, I'm hiring them again!

    Stair carpeting

    We hired Mark because of the reviews, and he more than delivered! We were ecstatic with his professionalism, product knowledge, approachability, precision and affordability. The entire job was completed in under a week (and exceeded our expectations); the work was exactly what we wanted, at a quality we were thrilled with. We've already hired him for a second job.     Carpet laying

    I needed to relay some carpet that was pulled back following drain work in my basement. My email request was responded to almost immediately with a phone call from Mark. I was able to send pictures of what was needed and get a price and date via email. Everything, including a call letting me know they were on their way, was professional and on time. Great customer service!

    Fast & fairly priced recarpeting of stairs

    Mark was responsive and professional to work with. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to complete our stair recarpeting very quickly and with excellent results. Our revamped stairs look plush and clean and really brighten up our place. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    I am more than satisfied with the services!

    Mark and his team were incredible! They were reasonable fast with providing an in-home quotation, and were here to complete the work in less than a week. The installers called ahead of arrival, were on time, and have wasted no time! We were thrilled with the process, pricing and service, and we love our new carpet!

    Carpeting My Bedroom

    Pretty happy with the way everything turned out to be. An office colleague had recommended Victorious Flooring and along with that, Mark as well. He definitely was a very professional person, who responded immediately after my husband contacted him through e-mail on the very next day and made arrangements for a site inspection and he also brought some samples along with him so that we could have a better understanding of his work. Mark had then explained to us about the different types of carpet fibers, like nylon, polyester and olefin. Along with that he also informed about the advantages and disadvantages of Berber and Plush carpeting. Then my husband and I decided to use plush carpet for my 3 bedrooms upstairs and the Berber for the stairs since the hallway had hardwood and this allowed us to use two different types of carpet for our home. Mark also helped us to remove the buckling in the basements that was done few years back by another flooring company. I feel Mark and his team did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Victorious Flooring to friends and family members who are planning to do some flooring work at their home. The service was great and thank you so much for that. I really appreciated their effort.

    rug repair

    Had to do a rug repair within a tight timeframe. Mark made it happen. Prompt response, even though it was a small job. Very pleased with the results and attention to detail

    Exceptional Carpet Installation Service

    This is the second time we have worked with Mark and his team for carpet installation. He just completed removing and installing carpet in our entire upstairs (5 bedrooms, hallway, and two sets of stairs). He is such a pleasure to deal with and his service is reliable. Mark is professional and courteous and he goes above and beyond to accommodate your schedule. The guys he sent to install the carpet were professional and efficient. Everything looks great!
