We read the many Homestar reviews for Victorious Carpet and were impressed but somewhat skeptical when we saw that the company received a 9.9/10 overall score. Nevertheless, we contacted Mark and he responded promptly. He arranged to come to our home with carpet samples and to take measurements. We subsequently contacted other companies but were not as comfortable with them as we were with Mark. We decided to purchase both the carpet and the installation service from Victorious Carpet with fingers crossed that the reviews were truthful. On installation day, Ramsey and his assistant (sorry, forgot his name) arrived right on time and worked straight through until they completed the job. Mark contacted us a day later and we discussed some minor concerns. He immediately arranged for Ramsey to return and our concerns were addressed. We were relieved to see that the company stands behind its product and took action to ensure that we were satisfied with the end results. And, we are very happy with the results; the carpet looks and feels great. Mark made this process a lot easier to navigate and treated us with professionalism and courtesy. We now understand why Victorious Carpet has such a high rating and we would not hesitate to recommend this company to our family and friends. The Morris family

I needed to purchase and install carpet on my staircase and a high traffic hallway that had existing carpet. Mark very promptly responded to my inquiry and was very helpful and honest as I selected a product and coordinating the installation. He was detailed and clear in a manner many service providers aren't! The installation went very well and I'm very pleased with the carpet - its great quality food an excellent price (and I got several quotes).

The team from Victorious was great. Mark came to measure and gave us some advice regarding getting rid of an odor that was present in the basement prior to installation of the new carpet. The installation team was on-time and very courteous and Mark followed up that day to see how things went. The results look great. A few days after the installation I had a few questions for Mark and he was very prompt in his response and happy to help. This is an A+ team that I would look forward to working with on any future needs.

Mark came over to give an estimate to replace the stained and dirty looking runner in our new home. Instead of just providing us an estimate and replacing the runner, he suggested that we keep it (since it was in good shape) and have it cleaned. He still made sure to explain the process, material, quality and colour choices and provide us with estimates for two different choices in case we decide to replace it after cleaning. I was impressed with his punctuality and honesty at our first meeting. We ended up not replacing the runner but we worked with Mark and his team to replace a small section of the carpet in the basement. Ali was also punctual, very professional and did an exceptional job. Mark followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy with the service. I would not work with any other carpet company now that I know Victorious Carpet.

The original consultation visit by Mark was beneficial. The installers did a professional job, especially fitting the carpet around the difficult railings. We’re satisfied with the work from start to finish.
