It was a big project but Mark provided superior customer service, a fair price and incredible attention to detail. The crew was on time and worked hard to complete the job to our satisfaction. Honesty, integrity and exceptional customer service is what comes in my mind based on my interaction with Mark and his team. It was a small job but they did their best and gave us good advice on getting it repaired rather than re-installing. I had carpeting in my townhouse when I moved in 7 years ago, it was marked a bit back then and after 7 more years was wearing out. I price out carpeting with a few other places, a big box DIY store wanted $4,374 for carpeting and they said that is with a 10 year warranty. So I got looking on Home Stars and checked out 2 companies with Victorious carpet being one of them, the 2nd company was to stop out at a certain date and time, but they never did, nor did they call me to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it! But Mark made arrangements to stop out and see me, and he did, took the measurements, explained to me the different choices I had in quality, texture and colour. I couldn't choose between two colours, so Mark said I could let him know later. Shortly after I got the quote, approx. $3,300 with taxes included. I decided to go ahead with it, I called Mark to arrange an installation date and at the last minute I picked a colour that was not one of the 2 originals I was thinking about, but Mark made it happen and the installation date was not changed. On the installation date I went to work, when I got home they were almost finished installing the carpet, living room is 14' x 17', plus 3 sets of stairs totaling 20 stairs, a landing and the upstairs hallway, they even did the floor inside the closet in the hallway!! AND it comes with 10 year warranty, $1,074 cheaper than the big box DIY store price. The house looks great with the carpeting, the installations techs did an amazing job! Great work Victorious Carpet! Many thanks to you Mark! You went above and beyond my expectations, wish I could do the same for you but Home Stars will only let me give your 10, you deserve more!

We needed a small section (8x8ft) of carpet replaced in the basement. Mark responded immediately and came out the next day to confirm the measurements. He found a carpet that almost matched identically. His team came out several dats later and did an amazing job. They worked quickly and the end result is a seamless replacement. We are very pleased!

Based on excellent HomeStars reviews for carpet restretch projects, I contacted Victorious Flooring to discuss restretching carpets in 2 large rooms + a hallway that had developed ridges and bumps over the past couple of years. Mark got back to me very quickly and was able to provide a competitive quote. I booked my appointment and Erdem arrived with his crew on time and did an amazing and thorough job. The carpets are like new - it's such a pleasure to look down and not see any ridges and bumps at all!!!!!! I had hoped for a reasonable result but they really exceeded my expectations. If every contractor out there provided service like this, life would be so much easier! Mark responded to emails and phone calls promptly, was friendly and informative and very efficient. We were ready when the installer (Ramsey) arrived, mainly due to a clear email reminder from Mark outlining what we had to do to prepare for the work to be done. Ramsey worked hard and did a beautiful job. I couldn't be happier and will highly recommend this company to others. Thank you!!!!!!!

My experience with Victorious Carpeting was I believe an unusual one and I hope my review is read by anyone seeking carpet installation for their home. Mark came to my house and offered excellent customer service, a competitive price (perhaps even better than the competition), and knoweldgeable advice on my flooring project. Within a week I had an installation crew in my home working hard throughout the day (and they were courteous from the minute they entered the door). What makes my review different from the rest is that I believe I was the one person who wasn't initially satisfied with the way my runner looked on the stairs. The upstairs was installed beautifully but I had to tell Mark the next day that I just wasn't happy with the runner. What blew me away was that instead of not answering my calls or telling me it was my problem to deal with, Mark assured me I would be satisfied with their service...and he meant it. Mark was at my house that very same night discussing options and within days his crew returned making the changes I requested. The manner in which Victorious Carpeting handled the situation is a true testament to the way this business operates and it is rare to see a company work with such integrity. I would gladly hire Mark and Victorious carpeting again and I highly recommend them for anyone out there looking for carpeting installation. I wanted to replace my old carpet, I found Victorious Flooring on Homestars, Mark was on time and he provide me a hassle free service which was much appreciated. Sorry mark for late review I was facing some obstacles which caused the delay.

Victorious Flooring **EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS**. I met with Mark to discuss alternative solutions to the major carpet buckling and rippling in our home. We decided on carpet stretching. Mark is very knowledgeable and professional and patiently explained in detail the process and what I should expect. I was very appreciative of his expert advice. We arranged a date for the appointment and prior to the arrival of his team of technicians I was given a confirmation call to confirm the date and time of their arrival. They arrived promptly. Al and his team did a fabulous job and we were delighted with the results. They were very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Really great guys. They went "above and beyond" with their service, even fixing a buckle in front of our fireplace which we did not expect. They saw what needed to be done and they just did it! I received a follow up call shortly after the team left from Mark to ensure I was satisfied with the work and thank me for our business.
