    Recarpet Stairs and Hall

    Mark and his team are great to deal with. Very professional. The installers arrived on time and I am very pleased with the product and the installation of my new carpets. I was worried about what might show after they cut around the spindles but you cannot even tell the carpet was cut. Mark called that same day to ensure I was happy with the results. I recommend you give Mark a call if you are considering new or replacement carpet.

    Repair on carpet

    Mark, Thank you very much for your professional services. Job was well done.     Carpet repair and stretching

    Talking with Mark over the phone about what I needed done was excellent - he replied promptly. I was worried that his installer would not be able to fix the repair the way I wanted it done, but Al was wonderful. I highly recommend this very professional company.

    carpet installation

    This is our 3rd carpet installation with Victorious, and we can wholeheartedly recommend them for prompt service, outstanding quality of work and product and very competitive pricing. Ramsay, who laid all 3 of our carpets, is extremely experienced and efficient. He also uses the whole roll with no cuts and joins except where necessary,of course. Mark, the owner, is very courteous and pleasant to deal with and helps with suggestions. I would always use this company in future. Thank you,Mark....

    Carpet stretching

    Prompt response to inquiry and excellent turnaround time. Professional and courteous workmanship done quickly. Very good price. Nice to have someone follow up right after the work was done. Will request a quote for new carpet when the time comes.

    Carpet top floor and stairs

    Great service. The shop at home service was great. Mark had to come around a couple of times due to some changing of minds on our part, but was always ready to help. Installation went as planned and carpet is wonderful. Totally recommended

    carpet repair

    Mark answered all our questions promptly and clearly, then quickly scheduled the work at a mutually agreeable date and time. The repairman called ahead to confirm his arrival exactly on schedule. and performed a better repair than we had imagined. Add extreme politeness and cleanliness and you have the whole picture : the highest level of service possible.

    new basement carpeting and carpet repair

    I had heard about Mark through Homestars. I agree with all of the #10 reviews on this site. He was helpful, courteous and ingenious (we had a difficult area that needed patching). In addition to the patch, we replaced the basement stairs carpet. Mark had a number of lovely choices to choose from for the new carpeting. His installer was equally professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely recommend Victorious to others. A joy to work with!

    Carpet repair

    My husband and I had great service from Mark and his staff. Mark came to evaluate our carpet and give us an estimate. He checked everything carefully and gave us a thorough explanation of the work required. Two of his staff came today and repaired our carpet, smoothing out wrinkles and fixing pet damage. Almost as good as new! I highly recommend Victorious for carpet repair!
