Mark was polite, friendly, courteous and always on time for scheduled appointments. He followed up after the job was completed to make sure we were totally satisfied with the carpeting. We would not hesitate to recommend Victorious Carpeting.

Great service from start to finish. Mark came out to provide a quote and show us samples and was very professional and helpful. We couldn't make up our mind on the colour and type of carpet and Mark came to us again to show us the samples. The installation crew was very curtious and the finished product looked better than we ever expected.

100% recommend. I had been wanting to replace the carpet runner on our stairs for the last 2 years and just couldn't bring myself to "deal" with it. Finally, one night I resolved to do something about it, checked out homestars, saw the great reviews for Victorious, sent a message and Mark called me immediately. He was in our home with samples shortly thereafter and the next thing I knew the carpet was replaced and I am thrilled. Our staircase is quite tricky - both fully wrapped steps as well as a runner sections with landings and turns. They did a beautiful job. Effortless on my part!

There are not enough stars to rate this company. Not only they are real professionals, but they are people that care and value the customer, their house and family. Mark is absolutely amazing, you feel extremely good having him in your house. Ramsey, the installer, was great as well, hard worker, I don't think I saw him taking any breaks, honestly. He is very polite, very clean. He was willing to stop the work and come back the next day (driving from Burlington to Thornhill !!!) to finish, just because it was bed time for my 21 months kid. It only took 1.5 more hours to finish. That's how Mark selects the people he works with. Great company, highly recommend them. No wonder they are number 1 at Homestars. Well deserved.

We ruined our brand new carpet by dropping a hot iron on it, and in the middle of the floor no less. Victorious Carpet came out and fixed it brilliantly. I can see the patch, but that is only because I know exactly where to look, and even then it took me a few minutes to locate it. No one else would ever know the carpet had been repaired in that spot. They also re-stretched the entire room and did some other repairs. I was extremely happy with their work and would absolutely use them again.

I called on a Thursday and spoke to Mark - he was able to come by and give me a qutoe same day and install 2 days later - Installer was on time and professional - I am very pleased!

I contacted Victorious Carpets after reading all the great reviews on Homestars as we wanted to carpet the 2nd floor and stairs of our semi. Mark called immediately after receiving our email and booked an appointment to see our place and do measurements within a couple of days. He had a variety of samples with pricing and gave lots of advice on carpet options and how to best prepare our place for installation. We chose several options at different price points and he provided a detailed written quote/scope of work the next day for all of them at a very reasonable price. We had seen a sample elsewhere we liked and asked Mark if he could get it for us. He found the carpet and gladly ordered it for us. We booked our preferred installation date no problem a couple of weeks away. Mark called the night before install to confirm details and texted in the morning to let me know when his team would be arriving and finishing. He also called in the afternoon from the house to let me know how things were going. The carpet looks great and is very comfortable to walk on. Can’t speak to longevity, as it’s only been a few weeks but so far so good. We are undertaking a large reno and Mark’s service made getting carpet the easiest/least stressful part. The reviews are well deserved!

Victorious flooring did a great job getting our condo back to normal after our washer flooded the carpets. We couldn't be happier with their prompt service, the new carpet, or the helpfullness of their staff!

Very Professional..all aspects of the sale & installation were handled with a level of quality & service rarely seen today..the only issue was Mark kept calling me "Mr. S." he must have thought I was a hockey coach (lol). Tks again Mark, you & your crew were great
