Stretch carpet after work in basement
I'm a little late in submitting my review but not because of disappointment. After some major work in the basement where the carpet had to be lifted, I called Victorious Carpet and Mark was very helpful. Most if not all our meetings were done over the internet with pictures and measurements. I was mostly concerned with having the seams joined. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Carpet Installation
I used Homestars to find a carpet installer and read the reviews for Victorious Carpet with some skepticism. But I have to say, they were as fabulous as the reviews said they were. Mark lives the term customer service. He was prompt for appointments and responding to my inquiries. He was flexible as my needs changed and had great suggestions. I had 3 flights of stairs and a loft carpeted, the stairs were a lot of work for the installers, but they did an amazing job. The installers were on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They were also very respectful of my time and home while they were here. During and after the installation Mark called to check on my satisfaction. Nice touch. I highly recommend Victorious Carpet for their customer service, product quality and workmanship. A++

Carpet Runner for stairs
Needed carpet runners so family & pets wouldn't slip on the slippery wooden stairs. Mark was great at providing options that worked within our budget. Installation was quick and very professional. If they were running late (from a previous job) they called to let me know in advance that they were running late, and they called me to let me know that they are on their way. PROFESSIONAL TEAM ALL THE WAY AROUND! I would highly recommend them.

Carpet Repair
We had some really bad cigarette burns on our carpets that we needed repaired as fast as possible because we needed to sell our home. After doing some research and talking to Mark at Victorious Carpet I felt confident that they could repair the carpet and at a reasonable price. He sent Al to do the job within a couple days and we were thrilled with the results. He did an amazing job. You can not tell the carpet was repaired unless you knew where to look for the repairs. They had to come a longer distance and this cost a little bit more but it was well worth it. I would call Victorious Carpet Installation and Repair in an instant if and when I need any further services. We were completely satisfied and would recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you Mark and Al!

carpet installation
Early in the year we met with Mark from Victorious. He presented us with a variety of colours and materials. He was extremely patient and meticulous when answering our questions. He made many excellent recommendations and was prompt in getting back to us when subsequent queries were made. The installation was conducted in a thorough, timely and highly professional manner and went very smoothly. In some parts of our home very heavy furniture had to be moved, and Mark's crew did this without incident. The installers worked tirelessly, even remaining well past 9:00 PM on one particular night. We could not be happier with the result and we would not hesitate to recommend Victorious to anyone seeking carpet installation.

Carpet Installation
If you are in need of new carpeting, no need to search any further. I can tell you, beyond the shadow of doubt, that you will not find a better company to work with, at a better price, with exceptional installers and outstanding service from beginning to end. Mark is professional, friendly, prompt, and thorough, and offers the most competitive package and price. He responds to emails in a timely fashion (he has responded to my emails after midnight and then a few hours later again at 7am). Mark and all his employees are courteous, professional and extremely hard working. Ramsey, one of Victorious Flooring’s lead technician and installer, has 30 years of experience. He was a joy to work with, hardworking, professional, polite and friendly. He did not stop for a break from the time he arrived at 9am until he finished at 7pm. His installation was exceptional and he ensured that we were completely satisfied before he left. The postings on this company are all true and we are extremely pleased with the service, price and workmanship or Victorious Flooring (3 bedrooms with 3 sets of stairs)

carpet installation
In April this year we contacted Mark at Victorious Flooring to give us an estimate on carpeting our main floor and upstairs hallway. He had already installed carpeting in our basement the previous November so we picked exactly the same carpet and underlay. His installer, Ramsay, arrived very promptly with an assistant on the appointed day. They did an outstanding job, in fact the carpet was laid on the main floor in one section, no seams. The stairs had to be wrapped as they are open, that too was a marvelous job. The upstairs hallway was also one piece of carpet. Ramsay is an amazing carpet layer. We can highly recommend Mark and Victorious for their excellent workmanship, promptness and attention to detail. We also thought the pricing was very reasonable. We will certainly use them again.

Basement Carpet
Very happy with the service we received from Victorious Carpet. It was very straight forward project and Mark provided amazing service. He and his team worked around our schedules and was able to show us options that would be appropriate for us and our lifestyle. Thanks to Mark, we like being in our basement now.

Carpet re-stretching with borders (inserts)
We are extremely satisfied with the work performed by Victorious Carpet. We had two rooms with carpets with border inserts (seams) that needed stretching. Called Victorious Carpet and set up an appointment with Mark. After looking at our problem, he explained how it would be fixed, how long the job would take, and how much it would cost.. He was very knowledgeable, informative and courteous. It is always a pleasure to do business with someone with integrity, knowledge and expertise! Thank you Mark!

recarpet basement
I called Victorious based on the previous reviews. Mark was great to deal with, as were his installers. The contract and price are very detailed. Very courteous, prompt and great communication. Carpet installed exactly as needed (some fussy areas). I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Victorious and to use them again.
