    Master Bedroom Carpet

    I chose Mark and Victorious based on the reviews on this website. Mark responds to emails very quickly. We had spilled red wine on an off white carpet and given its age decided to replace it. Mark brought over samples which precisely matched what we asked for. He explained the entire process and made sure we understood the pros and cons of various types of carpeting, the possibility that the seam would not be invisible (I can find it if I get down on my hands and knees but just barely) etc. His crew arrived on time and did an outstanding installation even fixing the previously installed threshold between the bedroom and the hardwood in the hall. This price may look a little high but we went for top of the line carpet and underpad, had over 400 square feet to carpet and Mark had to bring a crew of 2 to move some very heavy furniture. His installers were barely out of the condo when Mark called my wife to ensure that we were happy with everything. I would recommend him to a friend in an instant. My wife is a realtor and she will be recommending him to anyone who asks for a good carpet installation.

    Carpet maintanance

    Victorious made a very good job. Good quotation, prompt response, very good explanation about the job. The job was made in a clean way, fast, and organized. Excellent service!! I recommend Victorious to my friends.

    Carpet on stairs

    I reached out to Mark after seeing the reviews on Homestars and was not disappointed. Mark set up an appointment within 2 days of my call and was at our house to measure up and recommend carpet options to my wife and I. He really took the time to advise us. Within 2 weeks we had he team into install and Al came right on time to do the work. He was fast, efficient, clean, friendly and courteous. We could not be happier with the final result or the service from from beginning to end. Thank you Mark and Al. We would highly recommend Victorious Carpet.

    Basement Carpet

    We wanted to get carpet in our basement to cover the cement floor. After searching the internet for someone to do the job, we went with Victorious carpet based on all the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. Mark came out to our places multiple times to help us with choosing the right carpet and gave us all of the information we needed. He was also always available for whenever we had questions. The installation went great and very fast (3 hours). I have no problem recommending Victorious Carpet to anyone. We'll be back should we need any other carpet services

    Carpet in Basement

    Had an excellent experience with Mark! We wanted a quick and cheap job because we were moving and just wanted a nice carpet for show. He knew exactly what we wanted, and needed, and everything was done professionally and courteously. HIGHLY recommended.

    Carpet Repair

    After calling a number of carpet companies, who did not want anything to do with my request to fix a cut seam, i talked to Victorious. After sending a pic, I was scheduled for the next morning. Repair was taken care of expeditiously and professionally. Great job and even better customer service. I would recommend them.

    Carpet Repair

    Had a damaged seam in our carpet so I e-mailed these guys after reading favourable reviews on homestars.com and I am really glad that I did. They got back to me immediately, their service was prompt, friendly and they delivered exactly what they promised. I would use Victorious again without hesitation and will recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

    Carpet Repair

    We had Victorious Flooring replace the carpet on a basement step as part of a renovation. I selected them based on their reviews on HomeStars, and there's a reason why they have so many excellent comments. This was a small job, and Mark was very accommodating in terms of our schedule. His worker showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. The work done was top-notch and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? 8) I would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to others.

    Carpet

    Victorious Flooring replaced a piece of damaged carpet for me. It only took a day or two to schedule an appointment and the work was done in 45 minutes by a very professional and polite gentleman. He said he'd be there between noon and 3 pm and he was at my door at exactly 12 o'clock. He took a piece from my closet to repair the burned section and then carefully managed to put the damaged piece back into my closet! It was as good a job as it could have been considering the difficult task. I am very pleased with the final result. I would highly recommend this company.

    Commercial Carpet Installation

    We are a contracting company on Homestars and found Victorious Flooring here. We had a project in Whitby to renovate approx. 10,000 sq. of office space and Mark put in a bid. From the beginning he was easy to work with and very up front. His professionalism made our job very easy and we ended up with a very happy customer. The crews were punctual, clean and did an excellent job installing the carpet through both units and the baseboard. The product is outstanding and they even finished faster and at a better price than any of their competitors. Communication with Mark was seamless throughout the project. His positive attitude and professional demeanour made correspondence through telephone and email enjoyable. Mark even went above and beyond by supplying us with manufacturer and environmental specs weeks after the job was complete. I am proud to say that Mark and Victorious flooring will be our first choice for all our future projects. Thanks for making us look good Mark. You truly are an example of what businesses should strive to be.
