Wool Carpet Runner
Mark came by to show us some samples of carpet and bindings for the runner. He was on time and was very polite and respectful of our time. We agreed on a product and an installer arrived in about 2 weeks at an agreed time. We love the outcome and are very happy with the quality of the work!! Thanks

New bedroom carpets
Mark made buying a new carpet so easy - he came to my house with samples and walked me through the process! Installation by Al was perfect. I thoroughly recommend them.

Carpet two bedrooms
This company give great service !! Knowledgable sales and skilled installation. Solved a couple of unforeseen problems in this older house easily and efficiently. I certainly chose the correct company when I contracted Victorious Flooring !! Thanks again for the outstanding job !

carpet installation
In October I had my living room carpeted by Victorious Carpet after checking out several other companies. It was Mark's honesty that differentiated him from the others. Yesterday I spilled red wine on my carpet and phoned Mark in a panic. He immediately returned my call with suggestions as to what to do and also sent me a web sited with information removing stains. Thank you Mark.

Carpet patch repair
I had to repair an ugly tear in my basement carpet and was worried that I have to replace the whole carpet. Someone recommended I talked to Mark so I called and scheduled an estimate. Mark, a very pleasant and professional man told me the price and very honestly told me that I will be able to see the seams although they will do the very best. I appreciated the honesty and went ahead and schedule the repair. The person who did the work, Al also extremely pleasant and professional did an amazing job, you cannot see the seams unless you have a magnifier and really looking for them. He also helped with other areas of the carpet with no additional charge and also other flooring advices. Absolutely fantastic and we'll beyond expectations. They are indeed the best, both Mark and Al are a pleasure to work with.

Carpet on Stairs
I've found Victorious Carpets on Home Star web site. I was afraid that they will not pay attention to small project like mine but I was wrong. Mark was very professional. He gave an estimate, agree to wait for my designer to come over to pick colour, took measurements and ten days latter carpet was installed . Thank you Mark. It was pleasure working with you.

Carpet on stairs and foyer
I am very satisfied with the work and service of this company. Mark was extremely organized and courteous. He listened to my ideas but was very helpful with ideas of his own. His concern that we chose the appropriate carpet was wonderful.

Carpet install in our condo
What a great experience!! From the first phone call, Mark was invested in making sure we got what we were looking for. He came to our condo and gave us some great advice and an estimate that was fair and easy to understand. His team was amazing and took care in moving our furniture around as they completed their work. We are thrilled with the outcome and the experience. Do yourself a favour if you are looking at getting any flooring done. Make this company your first call!!

Carpeting
Victorious Flooring replaced my basement carpet after having a partial flood and stains on the carpet. The work was done within half a day. Thank you! We are very satisfied with the work. The basement is now very cozy again.
