Carpet on 2nd floor bedroom and hallway
This is the second time (and will not think twice of having them over and over again) we have Victorious Carpet to do our carpet installation. Mark is very professional and returns text, email and phone calls almost immediately! He is extremely knowledgeable, technical and overall a nice guy! The installers are great and hardworking. Price is good for the service we receive from them. We love the carpet and the way it looks on our floor. Once again we would like to thank Mark and his crew and we wish them all the best this 2014! I would give them more than 10 stars if I can.

Carpet installation
I chose Victorious because of their Home Stars rating, and they delivered! Way less expensive than Home Depot, it was a free quote (unlike Home Depot) and they came in right away to do the quote. They helped me pick the right carpet (I have pets, and I'll be selling the house shortly), and they came in an did an excellent job! Thanks guys!!

replace carpet in 2 bedrooms, hallway and stairs
Thank you to Mark for his exceptional customer service. He exceeded my expectations in all aspects from the initial phone call, to the home visit, to the estimate, to the confirmation of the installation date, to the installation, and finally the follow up. There was never any pressure to sign a contract and all that was promised was delivered on. Ramsey, the technician was such a hard worker. He did a fantastic job removing the old carpet and installing the new carpet. I highly recommend Victorious Carpet. It is rare to find such a great company. I will definitely use them again for future flooring needs. Thank you again.

Carpet Purchase and Installation
I would like to commend the professionalism and attention to detail, that Mark Aydin of Victorious Flooring extends to his customers. He came twice to my home to share carpet samples. In fact he ordered samples specially for me, explained the advantages of various carpets and ensured the installation went seamlessly. I would highly recommend Mark and Victorious flooring to anyone who values quality workmanship.

basement carpet
The old carpeting in the basement had to go! Mark came to the house (on time) brought samples, suggested the quality, the colour and the type of underlay. Since we don't know much (or anything) about carpeting, we just went with his ideas. Perfection it was! The installers arrived as scheduled, worked diligently and did a completely professional job.

stretching wall to wall carpet
2 bedrooms and the living-dining room carpets were stretched. Mark was very helpful,honest and clear with what had to be done in preparation. The work was completed skilfully, on time and for a fair price. We are delighted with the results.

small carpet restretching project
A flood from washing machine created flood in adjoining bedroom, creating a carpeting emergency. We soaked up water, pulled back carpet and underpad, set out fans and called Mark. As per his suggestions we sent photos and approximate dimensions and Mark took care of the rest...seamlessly. Technician arrived a few days later as scheduled (when things were perfectly dry) and put everything back in perfect order. Most impressed with efficiency and sense of personal service with this small job. Only that all contractors had such command of their business. THANKS!

Carpet Installation
I cannot say enough about Mark and his service. He made the whole process so easy, he discussed my needs, gave me excellent advice, brought the samples, (and again when I started second guessing my decision), gave me a very thorough estimate, delivered on time and on budget and responded quickly to all enquiries. His installation crew were timely and efficient. It was a real pleasure dealing with Victorious Carpeting. All businesses should take a lesson from Mark regarding professionalism and customer service.

Carpet Installation
We are exceptionally satisfied with the work that the Carpet Specialist team has done for us. Very professional, highly experienced and yet extremely friendly, and that's what made it a great experience for us to work with these guys. One thing that is hard to find in the construction industry is people who truly care about what they do and deliver on time and on budget and these guys definitely had it all. We highly recommended Andy Gocek and his son and would definitely use them again in the future projects.

Installation of Carpet for a Church
Our 16th Anniversary was fast approaching, 10th November. At the 11th hour, we decided to change the entire carpeting in the church. This meant that we needed to have someone come in and complete the job within 1 week. From the initial date of contact to the completion of the job was seven days. Mark and his team were very professional. They showed up when they said they would. They removed the old carpet, and installed the new. The job was professionally done, looked very neat and on was on budget. We were very impressed with his work. We have had suggestions that we paid too much for this job. But knowing the service that we received, the quality of the carpet, the honesty of Mark and his team, we paid the right amount. Undoubtedly, we would recommend Mark and his company to any and everyone requiring Carpet Installation Services.

The transitions that you earlier where wrong, damages and a big tripping hazard. They also had sharp corners which could have caused serious cuts. Doing thing right comes with a price.
