    Basement carpet

    We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them to our friends. Mark makes it easy by bringing the samples to our house and talked us through options without putting any sales pressure. The quote we received was thorough and Mark ensured we understood what was and was not included. The installer was professional and did an excellent job. Mark came to personally inspect and encouraged us to do the same to ensure we were completely satisfied. We will definitely use them for future projects.

    BEDROOMS/RUNNER

    We recently purchased and renovated a 23 year old house. Our "regular" carpet guy let us down badly and never bothered returning with a quote so we turned to Homestars. Initially we were impressed by the reviews for Victorious. Mark came over to quote and was so decent. honest and most of all meticulous with his quotation. He explained absolutely everything: the way they work, potential issues, ways to save if carpets were cut a certain way. He was respectful of our budget. Never pushed or tried to upsell us on anything. He gave us a detailed quote. We put in a deposit and the team arrived, on time and as scheduled. I cannot over emphasize what a great job they did. 2 x basement rooms and runners on the stairs (tricky job) from the basement all the way to the top level. The work was beautifully done, super clean, top workmanship and just lovely, friendly and courteous people. You may find these reviews hard to believe but there is a reason this company is so highly regarded. Mark and his team are a joy to work with and I cannot recommend them more highly.     Stairs/runner

    Great service by Mark and his team. They were able to match carpet we'd purchased years back, came on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. We have uneven stairs so they were able to make a difficult project seem easy.

    Basement carpet

    We called several top rated companies based on HomeStars reviews, and Victorious Carpet was our final choice. They are #1 for a good reason. Mark was prompt when he came for an estimate, helped with the carpet selection, provided expert advice, had very good pricing and accommodated our Saturday installation request. The installers came on time and by 4pm it was all done - very detailed, professional and spotless installation work. Mark also showed up during the installation day, just to check if all was going well. He was also readily available to answer our phone calls. To compare, one of their highly rated competitors cancelled on us 30min before the appointment time for the estimate & measuring (I was late to work waiting for him). He promised to call back next week but never called. We highly recommend Mark and Victorious Carpet for your next project: 10+ rating.

    basement carpet replacement

    After our basement was flooded in July and most of the carpet was ruined we researched the best carpet installers in the Toronto area. and chose Victorious from the many excellent reviews. Mark was very prompt in coming to see us and gave excellent advice on the type of carpet and underlay for the basement and stairs. We were also pleased with the price quoted. We waited a couple of weeks for the appointment as they were very busy at the time. The technician,Vittorio, arrived promptly at 8.30 and began the work..I was surprised that he was alone but soon realised he was an expert and very efficient....he completed the job by early afternoon and we are extremely pleased with the result, the carpet and underlay are perfect, I would highly recommend Victorious to everyone and will use them again in the future. Mark followed up the same day and we told him we were very pleased.

    Carpet stretching

    The carpet looked like a rough sea with multiple waves. Mark came, gave his opinion and his technician fixed the proble. We now have a carpet that looks like new. Mark is very professional arriving for appointments on time giving clear and sxcellent advice, and then following up. I recommend this team for any carpeting issues.

    Replaced carpet in basement

    Victorious Flooring is a very professional company. Mark responds very promptly to any communication (be it email, phone call or text), was always on time and called to let us know when he was on his way to appointments. The quote process was very thorough and Mark was excellent at communicating all aspects that we needed to know and gave good advice when it came to choosing the carpet. The installation was great - Al was on time, friendly and did a good job. Mark followed up soon after Al left to ensure that we were happy and then followed up with a thank you email. I wouldn't hesitate to use Victorius Flooring again and to recommend them to all.

    repair bulging carpet that was not properly installed

    Mark is highly professional, came exactly when he said he would. The technician was fantastic, pleasant and very knowledgable. He did a beautiful job stretching and cutting, the carpet now looks perfect. These guys are very good!

    carpeting in bedroom, office and stairway landing

    This is a very professional company. We were very impressed from the beginning. Mark answered our request for a quote quickly. He came promptly, on time, and even called to let us know that he was close to arriving. The quote process was thorough and quick. Mark helped us pick a carpet and underpad that best suited our needs. We did a some prep work ourselves--removed the trim, moved the furniture and removed the doors. The installation was fast, and the installer did a great job. Al was on time, tidy and did a perfect job. We are very happy with the carpet, it looks great. A few hours after the carpet was installed, Mark called me to ensure that we were happy with the job and if had any questions. That night, he followed up with a thank you email.

    carpet installation

    Victorious Flooring was able to take a carpet and underpad 4 inches too short on one side, but 4 feet extra on the other and make it work. The installer did an amazing job, including under a built in closet. I have already recommended Mark's company to a friend.
