    Carpet Repair

    After reading this site's reviews, we decided to hire Victorious Carpet to repair our basement carpet. The installer, Alex, did a fabulous job. He was pleasant and professional. He took his time and did a quality job. From our first contact to job completion, Mark kept us well informed and ensured to follow up at each stage. We appreciate Mark's extra effort in a pre-visit when we were not sure as to how much of the furniture had to be moved for the repair. His advice help my planning and save my back! There were no surprises! Great and excellent customer service! Thank you for giving our basement back.

    Installation & repair

    We hired Victorious to replace the carpet on 2 floors (incl. 28 stairs) of our house before we put it up for sale. It was a tight timeline, as we had other trades doing work. They did excellent work and finished ahead of schedule. I was very pleased and think the result contributed to the quick sale of our home. A few weeks later, just before closing the sale, our cat damaged the new carpet in one of the closets, so I called Mark to see if it could be repaired. The repair was seamless, done in about an hour, for a very reasonable fee. I would certainly recommend them!

    Recarpted stairs

    Victorious Flooring was very professional and courteous and very considerate of time (punctual and always confirmed appointments). They did a wonderful job on our stairs and would definitely use them for any other project. They are a bit pricey, but their work speaks for itself.

    Carpet stretching and tile repair

    We needed our basement carpet stretched after the June flood. The service from Mark and his staff was efficient and well priced. We then hired them to repair some tile work which was also done well. They are great at trying to accommodate times and always shown up when they say they will and follow up after the work is done.

    Carpet on stairs replacement

    Was in a rush because was putting my house up for sale. Needed to replace carpet for 4 stairs that was damaged by my cats. they were able to not only fit me in but completed the job within a day at an extremely reasonable cost. The person doing the repair was very professional and pleasant and the job results were excellent. I would highly recommend them.

    Carpeting

    We are seniors and needed some carpet stretching in our apartment. The job was viewed and scheduled by Mark. The work was carried out today, on time and very professionally. We are very satisfied with the work and the price which included moving some furniture. Thanks Mark. We shall certainly recommend your firm and deal with you again.

    Recarpeting my entrance stairs

    Amazing service from day one! They came to my place with many books of carpeting samples to choose from, and were able to schedule a date within a week of me calling due to cancellation. Excellent service, with full disposal of old materials, and the installation was perfect! I recommend these guys to anyone who needs to get their carpeting re-done.

    Carpet

    Before I moved into a 30 yr old house we purchased, we wanted to put carpeting on the second floor and the stairs. I called Mark with Victorious Flooring and immediately he showed he was professional, knowledgeable about his products, and even accommodating with scheduling. Within a couple of days, he was able to come in to get measurements for the house, provide a consultation with what type of carpet we could and should get, and schedule a time for him and his contractors to install. He also provided plenty of information for us to prepare the areas for him and his team to easily install. The team arrived at the house at the agreed upon time and kept in touch with me throughout the entire job. The installation was done with excellence and precision and the follow-up letter with some details about carpet care was an added bonus. Having Mark come in was a pleasure and I am even considering having him install the left over carpet that we have on the stairs to the basement. Thanks again, Mark.

    Carpet installation

    All I can say is that at Victorious flooring you get what you are promised. They are professionals who know their jobs very well. I got the best price too, as i had shopped around before I decided to give the job to them. I definitely know who to call for my next flooring project.

    condo carpeting

    Mark and the installer from Victorious Carpet were very pleasant and easy to deal with. They were professional, efficient, and they did a great job. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family! The quality and price was very fair, and the new berber carpets look great.
