    2 Storey Single Home re-carpeted

    We have been delaying our project to replace the carpets in our home for a very long time. The last straw came with a tragic flood in our house and we finally decided to go ahead. We have heard of Victorious Flooring before and contacted them online. They responded in only a few hours, and there was excellent communication between us! Mark came in with so many samples and varieties. He provided detailed information about all the different qualities and put all my anxieties about the right one to rest. His technicians came in and they were awesome workers, always friendly and tidy! I strongly recommend this company to family and friends! Thank You SO Much!!

    Carpeting for a room

    We found Mark from Victorious on Homestars. He provided us with a detailed quote and was very patient in helping us decide which type of carpet and colour we should choose for this room. He provided a list of expectations that he and his installer Paul not only followed but exceeded. Clean up was excellent too. Wonderful product and service.

    Replace carpeting

    We contacted this company through Homestars as we needed to replace all our carpets on the second floor of our home due to age. Mark contacted us promptly and we arranged for him to come by. He thoroughly explained the carpeting choices, provided samples and we chose the colour and confirmed what we wanted done. He provided two estimates based on different quality of carpet. After choosing the estimate we wanted, we changed our mind about the colour and Mark obligingly came by a second time. We did change the colour, and then decided on the date for the work to be done. We arranged for two days but the technicians completed the job in one day by working a little later. The job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. We had a couple of questions a couple of days after the job had been completed. Mark sent the same technicians back to ensure our questions were answered and some minor adjustments were made. Overall we were completely satisfied with the work and give Mark a top rating for his timely communication and thorough knowledge of the products he installs.

    main floor and basement stairs carpet installation

    I wanted to install carpet for the stairs on the main floor and basement to prevent injuries to my dogs who like running up and down. Mark suggested the right carpet for my situation and at the same time keeping it aesthetically pleasing. Installers were very quick to install with no fuss. I'm very pleased with the results and the decisions made during the consultation. Thank you.

    Basement carpet and hardwood floor instalation

    After several years of having and old and dark basement we decided to renovate. After some long research we hired Victorious here at Homestars. We are very satisfied with the work done, completed on time, to the clean installers. I found them reasonably priced and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again for any near projects. thanks!

    Carpet installation

    Mark fitted pure wool carpets in our basement and stairs. The workmanship was excellent and he is passionate about his trade. He explained everything in great detail. An excellent result! - Tom

    carpet laying edge to edge

    We had carpeting put in for 5 large bedrooms, stair case and upper landing. Mark and his team were professional, on time ,organized and neat. Finished quickly and took care of our fragile furniture. The carpet looks and feel great. Thanks. Brian and Rica

    Carpet install

    Mark made great recommendations for a stairwell and basement carpet install. His price was so good, we decided to upgrade the stairwell carpet. He returned for another visit and the install was a perfect job. We plan to use Victorious on our next home.

    Carpet repair

    We were extremely impressed by this company when we called them about a bleach stain on our berber carpet. Mark and his staff treated us like valued customers even though it was a small job, and devoted an inordinate amount of time to making sure we knew all the options for treating the stain, as well as the pros and cons for each. We also very much appreciated that Mark was always available to talk if we needed clarification on anything, and was extremely honest about what to expect in terms of results. In the end we are very happy with the repair job that they did and will definitely use them again. Thank you for everything!
