    carpeting on two flights (24 steps)

    My poor small condo townhouse always has trouble getting attention for renovations. However Mark promptly returned my email and came by to quote the project. In the end his efficient and courteous crew got the job done in about 2 hours. It went quickly as Mark, seeing I was in the midst of renovations, suggested I pull the old carpet myself both to freshen the trim (a great idea!) and save some labour costs. Demo is always easier for a newbie since you don't have to be careful. Though the vision of all those staples made me a bit queezy it was only a couple hours dusty work. There's a reason these guys have been tops for 5 years as far as I can tell. Very good experience.

    Carpet installation

    Mark came to my place to measure and give me an estimate on carpet installation. During our meeting I got a good sense of the type of person Mark was and the way he conducted his business, my apprehension quickly faded ( if you've ever had to deal with a contractor that you've never dealt with before you will know what I'm talking about). Mark is very straight forward, honest and comfortable to deal with, which is very important when you have to give someone that you don't know a deposit. Mark gave me a very reasonable quote and accommodated my deadline (I had new couches being delivered). The day of installation Remzi the installer showed up early and was very careful bringing in the carpet and his tools. He consulted with me on any issues that arose, cleaned up after himself, finished the job in a very timely fashion and was a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the installation... It looked awesome!!, every one who comes to visit compliments on our carpet. Mark gave us a follow up call to make sure that we were totally happy which was very nice. Thank you Mark, Remzi and Victorious Carpet !!! Peter and Anna from the Annex

    Replacing carpets on two sets of stairs

    Mark and Ramse were incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire project. And issue arose which was handled promptly and professionally with excellent follow ups. The carpet looks great! I highly recommend Mark! Very reputable firm!

    carpet installation on stairs

    I was looking to have a set of wooden stairs covered with carpet. They were in pretty rough shape and very slippery. Following my initial phone call with Mark, who suggested I make a request online, I was contacted very quickly. He was very professional on the phone and in person and was very patient with my inability to make a selection. (He had to come by a second time when I changed my mind.) Appointments were set up for MY convenience and when there was a problem with the differing dye lots on the first lengths of carpet they received, Mark contacted me by phone and was so apologetic as if HE had made the error!!!!! A rush order for a replacement was placed and the appointment rescheduled, and it all worked out great. Mark followed up by phone, email and by letter. This company appreciates your business. A nice surprise to be treated this well. And the fact that it was a small job didn't make a difference. It does to some companies.

    Carpet in newly renovated basement and on stairs to bsmt

    Mark responded quickly to my enquiry, went through three different pricing options with me, and explained all the pros and cons of each option. He then sent me three estimates a day later (good, better, best), answered all my questions promptly and revised the estimates a couple of times as I asked about different options. He didn't try to pressure me into the higher priced options. I had another estimate done, and checked some prices at Home Depot, etc, and his estimates for carpet and labour were in line with those, a bit more than some, a bit less than others, but definitely competitive. Once I made my final choice, his crew showed up a week later exactly when they said they would, and did a very nice job of installing a very nice carpet in a few hours. He also followed the very next business day to see if we were satisfied with everything.

    Carpeting on stairs

    Carpet Installation - Basement

    After comparing a number of carpet installers, we contacted Victorious Carpet based on excellent reviews on homestars.com. Mark came on time on the appointment date and provided us a number of options for installation of carpet in our basement. He performed calculations for square footage requirement of carpet using a software on his laptop and provided us a number of installation schemes with pros and cons and the pricing. The price quoted was reasonable and with Mark's help we selected the carpet to meet our needs. The installation was also done on time and Mark also performed inspection during the installation work to ensure that every thing was alright. We would certainly recommend this company.

    Carpet

    We chose Victorious Flooring for the first time based on Homestars review. We are so happy we have chosen them and would definitely use them again for future projects. Mark is very professional and honest. He gave us an honest opinion and guided us in our choice for a berber carpet that best fits our needs and budget.     carpet stretching

    Al arrived on time and proceeded to stretch my carpet. He did a wonderful job and left the area neat and tidy. He explained what he was going to do and told me what results I could expect. He did a great job and the carpet looks great. I would certainly recommend this company.

    Carpet Streching

    Mark is very responsive and customer service focused. His quote was competitive, and he fulfilled my payment term request. His technician called 1 hour ahead of the scheduled appointment, was courteous, and brought a second pair of clean indoor shoes. Mark called after the appointment to ensure i was happy with the result.
