I have very good and pleasant experience dealing with Victorius. They quoted me very reasonable price and had the work completed on time just as they had informed me. I loved the work and would recommend them to others.

I would definitely use Victorious Carpet again, they were very prompt in their response, quickly gave me a quote and quickly provided a time to get the work done. The service was friendly and respectful and clearly very knowledgeable.

We found Victorious flooring online and would use them again in a second. Mark was prompt and very professional. He explained the types of carpet and under pads they have and gave suggestions on which one to use for particular areas. In our case, we were on a budget and went with the middle priced one. He didn't try and push anything else, he just informed and let us decide. He answered any questions we had before, during, an after installation. The installers were efficient and cleaned up as well! Would highly recommend this company.

Mark was a true professional right from the start. Excellent customer service. He came to our house twice with samples in hand to verify our selection. He answered my many questions on: where was the carpet made, what was it made of, different textures and environmental responsibilities of his company. The carpet installer was on time and did excellent work. Mark's prices are competitive to other well established installers.

Mark from Victorious was very helpful. He came to our home with carpet samples to choose from which was easier than in a showroom as we could see how it looked with our decor and lighting. He explained the product very well and the installation was to a high standard.

mark aydin came to estimate the job. He was very professional, seemed extremely knowledgable about product and service. His advice varied from all other quotes, based on an oversized room. He suggested we go with a wider carpet, which made alot of sense. When the installers came to do the job, they were clean, polite and did a great job. Mark followed uo and even sent a letter of thanks. First class all the way. I would highly recommend victorious flooring/carpet.

I can not say enough good things about Mark and his staff. I needed new carpet installed in one of our retails stores in Oakville. I found Mark's information online and after reading some very good reviews I contacted him and asked him to come take a look at the store to give me a price. He was able to make it within a couple days to come meet with me. He took a few minutes to take some measurements and was able to give me a price right there on the spot. We agreed to the price and payment options and were able to book a date that day. This was extremely helpful as I had let Mark know that I was working on a rather tight timeline. He was very accommodating to my needs and was extremely organized in getting things done. The guy's that came to do the install were amazing. Extremely personable, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. When they encountered an issue with some patches on the floor that was done on my part, they were able to come up with a couple of different options to solve the problem. Once I agreed to one of the options they were able to fix the problem immediately and got the carpet completed in the same time they had initially told me. The install was done extremely well and we are very satisfied with the finished product. I would not hesitate to refer Mark and Victorious Flooring to anyone in need of new carpet. Even when there were a couple of issues on my end, Mark never once said that it could not be done or that it was too much of a hassle. He would go out of his way to find a solution to the problem and offer a number of different options in order to work with my budget and timeline. Thanks so much Mark. We had Victorious install carpet in our basement in the beginning of the year. But we waited to write a review to see how the carpet would hold up with our two active sons running around. So far, we are happy. We did have concerns with the carpet installation on the stairs, but Mark assured us and promised us in writing that if we have any problems in the future with the stairs, Victorious would repair it anytime. I recommend Victorious Carpet.
