    Re-lay & repair carpet

    Plumbing repairs left us with half of our basement carpet pulled up and a 4-foot cut that needed to be repaired. Victorious was quick to respond, quoted a very fair price and did great work ... the seam is virtually invisible and the carpet looks great. Their worker was friendly and efficient and Mark followed up both by phone and email to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommended.

    Carpet Stretching / Wrinkle removal

    Over time, wrinkles/bulges had developed in the carpeting in our two bedrooms and the entrances to the other three bedrooms. We were thinking of replacing the carpeting but then a friend mentioned about carpet stretching. Searching the web, we found Victorious Flooring with its multiple good reviews and thought we should call them. Mark provided an instantaneous, on the telephone quote for carpet stretching and assured us that the problem would be solved. The quote was competitive and reasonable. And, next day, Al came exactly on time, finished the work professionally in 2-2.5 hours and exceeded our expectations. Thank you Mark and thank you Al for the great job done! Not only we strongly recommend these folks, but, we will go to them for all our flooring needs in the future.

    carpet installation and flooring

    My wife and I were looking to refresh our living/dining area carpet.After a search of the internet my son found Victorious Flooring with 240 (10) reviews,could this be true? After my call to the company, Mark Aydin came to the apartment samples in hand, answered all our questions,gave us a great deal,and was very professional. His installer came out a few days later, did a perfect job,all mess cleaned up and old carpet removed. AWESOME job guys, we would highly recommend Victorious Flooring

    Wall to Wall carpet installation

    Bought a house and wanted to insall wall to wall carpet in three bedrooms. Right from the first call to Mark, things moved extremely well for us. He came in for a free estimate at short notice period. Since we did not know much about carpets, he explained in detail the pros and cons of each type including the underlay. All this with samples. Mark was extremely helpful in deciding for us the best carpet without pushing any particular type or brand. The installation was done very professionally and with great care. We had not moved in yet so we just left it to the person to do the installation and then came back to see the results. Everything was cleaned up. We are so happy that we got in touch with Mark and will always recommend his services to anyone. He is a thorough professional and it was a please\ure working with him. Thanks a lot Mark.

    Basement Family room and Stairs

    Mark (owner) came out himself, did a very thorough inspection of the area that he would be working with, as well as the product he would be working with, as I had supplied my own carpet, under padding etc. He was prompt, polite, and had many suggestions as to what I might do to get the best possible final product. (IE. levelling the concrete slab, filling gaps in the stairs and painting in certain areas pre installation.) He was also willing to do most of this work himself for an associated cost. But as I was trying to save money, he went through and spent the time with me to go over where and what I might do in order to accomplish some cost savings. The gentleman that came out to complete the work on day of, was also very professional and friendly. Had no problem answering my many questions and explaining the process. The job was finished in a very reasonable time frame, and the end product exceeded my expectations. WELL DONE! Would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

    Stair Runner

    Mark provided us with a professional quote and brought carpet samples to our house for selecting. Upon making our decision, the runner was installed quickly and professionally by his technician. We are very happy with the quality and service of Victorious. Mark also ensured that he followed up with us after the stair runner was installed. The whole process was very smooth and professional.

    Wall to wall carpet installation

    The company did a great job of surveying the site, finding out my needs and installing the carpet. All of this with a timeline of 3 days from my first phone call to job done. Highly recommended!

    Carpet Installation

    Mark was on time and called beforehand to remind us of our appointment. He was very helpful in helping us choose the right carpet for us. The carpet was installed in one and a half days as promised. It looks great and we're very happy with the service and result.

    Carpet Repair

    I needed a seam repaired in my basement carpet. I found Mark (the owner) to be very professional and delivered as promsed. He phoned to confirm our appoointment and then contacted me again to see if I was satisfied. Great customer service!

    Carpet repair

    Victorious Carpet came to my home and did the job they said they would. They did it well and in a professional manner. I was extremly happy and would use them again and would recommend them to my friends and anyone who would ask. There price was resonible and the service was outstanding! Well done!
