    reinstallation after flood

    Mark returned my message within an hour of my call and arrived at 7:00 in the evening to put my carpet back down after a flood. This relieved a great deal of stress for us. He took care to do a thorough job. He quoted a range from 260-300 on the phone and charged the bottom price.

    carpet repair

    I had such a small carpet repair job but yet Mark treated the work as if I was paying a lot of money for it. Thank you so much Mark for coming out and taking care of the repair so quickly.

    Installation of new carpet

    Our home inspector actually recommended we contact Mark and his crew. Now that was some great advice! Thanks to Mark, we can go into the basement without our feet freezing to the floor. Mark has a first class operation, super friendly, and I would gladly recommend his product and services to anyone looking for carpeting.

    Best service ever!

    Amazing service, the tech guy was there on time. The carpet looks as good, or if not even better than when it was originally installed. I have no problem in recommending Victorious Carpet to anyone I know. Great job. Thanks

    Replaced carpet in basement and second level.

    We had to replace well worn carpeting in our second level and basement. Approximately - 1,000 sqft with stairs. Mark is a passionate about his trade and thoroughly professional. He carries carpet grade that does not spew toxic chemicals and provides great after sales service.

    Runner installation on the stairs

    A friend referred Victorious Flooring to us to install the runner on the stairs and I have to say, they did an excellent job! Mark is a great guy to work with. He gave us very good ideas, was very patient to determine the best solution for our house. The execution of the installation was great as well. I am very happy with the end result and their service and if there are opportunities again in the future, we would definitely love to work with VictorousFlooring!

    New Basement Carpet + 5 Stairs

    We had a flood in our basement and after we renovated we called Mark for a quote. We an awesome experience with Mark! Reasonable price, great product and service with a very quick turn around time. Mark came to out house, gave us options to choose from and we are 100% happy with our choice! We even called him back to carpet 5 stairs, since our german sheppherd was having a hard time getting up and down the hard wood stairs.. He had a piece of remnant carpet for 5 stairs he gave to us for a great deal, and now our elderly german shepherd has no problem getting up and down the stairs Thank you!.

    Industrial carpet installation - twice

    We had to replace carpet in a temporary office space FAST so we could get moved in within a few days. Mark answered our email within a few hours and was able to meet us to provide a quote on a Friday afternoon. By Monday we had it installed and were ready to go. Two weeks later - we had to move to a more permanent location, and once again called for a fast quote and installation. Victorious Flooring - on two counts - was fast, extremely professional, flexible and willing to give us the best option for our needs. Highly recommended.

    Install about 1000 SF carpet

    Mark is very helpful and professional to recommend right carpets to me. He came to my house to help my wife and me to select right color based on the color of my new painted house. His installation techinician is very professional and hard work. I will definately recommend Mark to my friends
