Removal of old carpet; installation of new carpet
10++++ We contacted Mark at Victorious Flooring after getting a surprisingly high quote from a big box store (we had to pay for that estimate too). Mark actually went to the big box store to investigate the quality of the carpet we had chosen so he could give us a comparison between their product and his. This was all before we had even agreed to meet him for an estimate (which was free). He came in well under the big box store’s quote with a significantly better quality of carpet, and also brought to light a number of things we needed to know that the big box store did not tell us. It was a no brainer. His crew was incredibly efficient, respectful and professional, and we are extremely happy with the results! Mark is incredibly friendly, patient and puts his clients’ needs first. He goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the whole process, including several follow up communiqués to ensure we were pleased with the entire experience (which we were!!!). We highly recommend his services!

Carpet Stretching
I found Victorious Flooring through a Google search for carpet stretching. We had two doorways in our house that the carpet had buckled at. At the same time I was considering to have our carpets changed because we have a baby on the way. So I called Mark and he was very professional and was able to make an appointment at a suitable time to meet. He brought samples and took the time to explain each type of carpetting about the pros and cons of each. After taking a look at the carpetting, Mark noticed that my carpetting was not in as bad a shape as I had thought and recommended just a good cleaning. I went ahead and booked an appointment for cleaning as well as to repair the buckling. The technician, Jay, that came down for the repair was very punctual and rang the bell on the dot, and I was very impressed. He was very professional and explained how the stretching worked and completed the job in good time. He even helped me to move a dresser and mattress back into the room. Overall I am very impressed with Mark and Jay. I have already recommended him to some relatives and will call him back whenever I need flooring completed. Keep up the great work!

Carpet repair
We had several tears in our finished basement carpet. A couple were incurred during the installation of a chair lift. The rest occurred over time. Mark handled the booking and scheduling of the repair in a very professional manner. The technician who arrived to do the work was pleasant, knowledgable and knew waht he was doing. The repairs were great (you can hardly tell where they were made). The technicain cleaned up after he was finished. The whole process and repair work were very satisfying. We would use Victorious again and would recommend them to others.

carpet installation
My husband and I contacted Victorious Flooring the second week in January and set up a time for Mark to come by with samples and to give us an estimate. Mark arrived on the pre-arranged date and time and was very friendly and helpful. We felt that his estimate was more than fair and agreed to have Victorious Flooring install our new carpet. We arranged for the carpet to be installed in just over a weeks time. On the day of the installation, two men came to do the work. They were very fast, friendly, and cleaned up any mess that they made. We couldn't have asked for better service and we were very happy with the end result. Our whole experience, from start to finish, with Victorious Flooring was excellent. We would higly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Victorious Flooring!

basement carpet and stair runners
We called Mark to come and give us a quote for our basement and stairs- He was so knowledgable about his products and had some great advice. I liked that he didn't push the most expensive carpet and it's obvious that he loves what he does! After we had the carpet installed, he called within the hour to make sure we were happy with it and said for us to contact him if there was anything we had questions about. Great service! We're so happy with our new carpet and I'd recommend Mark to anyone!

Basement and Stairs Carpet Installation
We called Mark for an in-home consultation from reviews from this website. He showed us samples and recommended the type of carpet he would put in for our needs. He didn't try to upsell something that would not be good for us. Ramsey, the technician, came and did a fabulous job. Initially he said we could only do "waterfall" style on the stairs, but we figured out a way to re-inforce the stairs, so that we could do it the "cap and band" style which they prefer to do since it looks much nicer. I would highly recommend Victorious Carpet.

Stair runner
We received first-rate service from Mark at Victorious Flooring, for the installation of a carpet runner going up the stairs from our main floor to our second floor. Mark made three visits to our home prior to the installation, to do measurements, show us carpet samples, and answer our questions. At no point did he pressure us, even though it took us a while to get our act together and make a decision! At each visit he was on time, very courteous, helpful, and pleasant. He also made a great effort to accommodate my family's schedule, even though his own schedule is no doubt very busy. These preliminary visits did not increase the cost of the installation. It was clear to us that Mark knew the carpet business inside out, giving us excellent advice about the different ways a runner can be installed, how to prepare the stairs in advance, and about the carpet quality itself. When it came time for the installation, Mark sent one of his employees, who did a fabulous job -- very meticulous and professional. And, their prices are reasonable considering the high quality of their work (which I discovered when I was first researching carpet companies, comparing prices of several businesses). Mark and his employees are good people who are experts at what they do, and who clearly want their customers to be happy with the results.

carpet repair
I removed two small walls in my basement which left two 24x4 inch holes in the carpet. The guy from victorious showed up on time and got the holes patched fairly quickly. If you didn't know walls had removed, you would have no idea that a repair was done to the carpet. Great job. Highly recommended.

Carpet Installation - stair runner and 2 floors of house (upstairs & basement)
My husband and I bought a 27-year old house where the carpets were original to the house and in rough shape. I contacted Mark and he came within two days for an initial consultation. When we had to use one of our home visits before we took possession so that Mark could take measurements, he showed up right on time and was quick and professional, which was great because we had limited time in the house for this type of visit. When I decided to increase the scope of the project - to carpet the basement as well - Mark was able to come to the house AGAIN within a couple of days. Great service. Mark was obviously knowledgeable and gave me great advice on the stair runners - he could have sold me something more expensive but impractical for the long run - but he chose to advise me on an option that would be long-wearing and much more practical. Mark also advised that our original underpadding was the kind that disintegrates over time, and when they remove it, it would create a lot of dust and we would need to get our ducts cleaned afterwards. Well, they must have done a great job to contain the dust because the duct cleaner we hired said our ducts were relatively clean. I think Mark's team used some kind of crazy super vacuum. End result is beautiful and the price was lower than 2 other quotes I got. Our staircase in particular looks great - it is circular and the centrepiece of our home - and Mark and his team did a great job with the installation. The whole installation was completed in one (long!) day rather than 2 days which was the original estimate.

Carpetting replacement
I love my new carpet! I had a really old dingy carpet that was just getting too gross so I called these guys and bam, new carpet! I would rather sleep on it than my own bed :) Great pricing and pleasant to work with, thanks!
