    Carpet

    Wow, this happened quite a while ago but I did not get to writing a review since today. It was the first time I decided to get a carpet since I decided it would be a nice addition to the house, and boy was I correct. I still love the wonderful job that Mark has done.

    Carpet/Installation living/dining, hallway, landing and stairs

    The need for new carpet was long overdue, searching for a reliable company to do the work can be an imposing task. I contacted Mark via his website on November 1st and spoke with him that very day. He gave us a quote a couple of days later, his professional manner and knowledge made it an easy decision to go with his company. We had a timeframe in which we wanted the work to be completed, Mark and his team were able to make that happen. The technicians were great, they were both friendly and courteous. The installation went smoothly, the carpet looks great, we are both very pleased with the result. We would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone who needs a reliable company to look after their flooring needs. We look forward to dealing with him in the future.

    Stair covering

    We needed to replace the carpeting on our staircase. Each stair is not connected to the next and required a separate piece of wrap around carpet. Mark was professional, timely and delivered as promised. We were very pleased with the service and overall experience.

    Carpet installation

    Mark and his company are the best. His service is top-notch. He is so professional, thorough, knowledgeable. He spent over an hour with us educating us on our existing floor and what would be best for us in padding and carpeting. Their work is impeccable. I made a bad decision on my stair runner and Mark went above and beyond all expectation to make me happy. It worked, I am extremely happy and highly recommend Victorious Carpet Installation.

    Carpet and installation

    My husband and I are absolutely delighted with our new carpet from Mark and Victorious Carpet Installation. Mark came by to give me a quote (which was accurate) and gave me solid and useful information about the carpet and underpadding that would best suit our needs and budget. We felt good about hiring them because we felt that Mark was knowledgable about his product. Although we were price conscious, we agreed to go with a slightly more expensive underpadding because we felt that it was being recommended with purpose. We're glad we did; it feels great. The installer was on time and the place was left clean. Somehow they managed to accommodate carpeting our difficult banister and ramp, and did a clean finish up against some tricky bathroom and kitchen tiling. The work was done to perfection, and we're confident that we made the right decision - the place looks wonderful!

    Laminate Flooring Install

    Mark/Victorious was the second vendor I have hired from Homestars. Following a flood from elements outside my condo unit. They were able to do the install in one day and Mark was proactive in making sure that I was happy with the job and the one *minor* issue I had with one particular piece of transition (which even I as perfectionist *could* have lived with) was replaced because he wanted me to be 100% happy with the job - and I am. I've already recommended him to 2 other people - and the install is only just over a week old :)

    basement carpeting

    I am very happy with my new basement carpeting. Mark made my selection of carpet easier by making helpful suggestions. He also took pictures of the carpet samples and emailed them to me so I could ask a friend for a second opinion. The installation was done on a Saturday. The installer did a fantastic job! The job was done neatly and carefully. Good follow up as well. I would highly recommend!

    carpet installation on stairs

    Mark came to the house within a few days of contact with samples and advice on preparing the stairs and choosing suitable underpad and carpet. His installers were timely and friendly, There were many turns and various-shaped landings on the staircases and they really paid attention to details. The carpeted stairs look amazing! I would definitely go straight to Victorious Carpet for my next project and recommend them to others. Lynn from Toronto

    Carpet Re-Stretching

    My second floor carpet needed re-stretching. E-mail Victorious Carpet with rough dimenions of rooms. Got prompt response by e-mail giving an estimate. Mark also offered a site visit which confirmed the price; with detail breakdowns of cost involving furniture moving. Confirmed date of work and crew showed up on time. The crew of two did a very fine and tidy job. They also explained how the carpet was installed improperly in the first place. I will not hesitate to recommend Victorious Carpet.

    Bedroom Carpet

    Victorious Carpet was the second quote I received for a new bedroom carpet. The salesperson for the first company was not able to recommend what a good carpet would be, was not able to tell us differences between types of carpet, and could tell us nothing about the installation process. All she did was give a sales pitch and help me with colours. Completely opposite experience with Victorious Flooring! Mark knows the process from beginning to end and was able to answer all our questions. He recommended a carpet style to suit our needs, and told us all about the installation. He also gave us a quote $200 lower than the first company. He's a friendly, professional gentleman Installation was fast, and the installers were punctual and friendly. I do not hesitate in recommending Victorious carpet to others.
