    Bedroom Carpet

    Victorious Carpet was the second quote I received for a new bedroom carpet. The salesperson for the first company was not able to recommend what a good carpet would be, was not able to tell us differences between types of carpet, and could tell us nothing about the installation process. All she did was give a sales pitch and help me with colours. Completely opposite experience with Victorious Flooring! Mark knows the process from beginning to end and was able to answer all our questions. He recommended a carpet style to suit our needs, and told us all about the installation. He also gave us a quote $200 lower than the first company. He's a friendly, professional gentleman Installation was fast, and the installers were punctual and friendly. I do not hesitate in recommending Victorious carpet to others.

    New Carpet on Stairs in Playroom and Bedrooms

    Mark was easily reachable via email and came out to our house within a few days of initial contact. He was friendly, knowledgeable and offered good advice and was a pleasure to deal with. His price was fair and the installation a week later was amazing. He cleaned up, installed perfectly and we are very happy! Thanks again Mark

    Carpet replacement

    Thank you, Victorious Flooring! This was one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to home renovations. We had 3 rooms recarpeted by Victorious. Mark offered a no-obligation quotation in our home and was, by far, the best price from the vendors who quoted. He seemed very honest and trustworthy (and I do not trust easily!!!). Victorious also scheduled to install our carpeting very quickly -- we had everything done in just over a week after the initial quotation! The job was done very well (the carpet is both high quality and looks fantastic!). We received a follow up call a few days later to make sure all was done OK! Great customer service and fantastic quality -- thank you, Victorious!

    Carpeting Second Floor and Basement

    After doing my research and comparing prices from other companies including Home Depot I was concerned about quality (this is my first house) and punctuality (couldn’t afford delays) and I decided to trust Mark on this because every time I called him he was available and he spoke with confidence about his work. And he didn't fail me at all; he delivered his job earlier than promised. My wife and I failed to find any minor imperfection. The technicians were very friendly and they both explained to me what they did and asked me to call if I had any questions. Mark is a really nice person to deal with and definitely someone you keep in touch with for any future business or consultation. First time I use HomeStars and now I know it’s the place to look for the best companies

    carpet

    I hired Victorious to replace my carpet. I was generally pleased and I would hire them again. I believe that more should have been done to prevent some minor damage that occurred. I believe the carpet I purchased should have been better quality for the cost comparing against other I've seen sold in big box stores. The contractor took his time to answer my questions and the service was good. I compensated for the minor damage that occurred. I got several other quotes and Victorious was best value. I recommend.

    carpet and install for stairs and bedrooms and hall way

    Mark came to our house for a free estimate, He is very knowledgable and friendly. He guided us towards the right carpet for our family's needs, and we are so happy with our choice. The technicians were very punctual, efficient and curteous. Nice guys.. HAd another guy from Empire Canada come in selling me cheap polyester carpet for the same price as quality nylon, and was quite rude. Overall, we are VERY happy with our new carpet, Mark and his technicians from Victorious Flooring.. Great Job !

    Install carpet on landing

    We called Victorious to help install a small piece of carpet on a landing to a basement. It was actually a fairly difficult instal given the way the transition had been done into the final set of stairs. The installer was on time, friendly, meticulous, took the time to address our concerns and did a superb job. Well worth the piece of mind to get it done right!

    Carpeting on stairs

    I hired Victorious Flooring to do a set of stairs leading into my townhouse. They completed the work quickly, professioally and I love the new carpet. I will be doing the remainder of my home in a few months and I'm definitely going to call them. I trust the company and would highly recommend them. I was initially planning to do a larger area and Mark made 2 trips to my home, he was courteous, patient and offered a very reasonable & detailed quote. I'll definitely do business with them again!
