    basement carpeting and stair runners

    Victorious Flooring recently installed new basement carpeting and stair runners in a home I recently purchased. The Sales Rep. was prompt, professional and very accommodating of my scheduling needs. The installers were exceptionally professional and installed the product in much less time then anticipated. I’ve only had the new carpeting for a couple of days, and so far I am very happy with the installation. I will use Victorious again and recommend them to others that want an affordable, professional carpet installation. Yvonne 16/09/11

    Carpet Installation

    I was more than Satisfied with the service. i have used victorious carpet 4 times this summer. Mark was Highly referred to me by my sister and he did not disappoint. Fast response to emails and calls, was always on time for all installation appointments, very very good workmanship, very professional and very reasonable price for high quality carpet and service. Thanks again Mark!!

    replacing 3 steps with carpet

    mark the owner is so professional and phones you back or emails you and comes to see you asap--no waiting long time to get someone in your home..does pricing right there..has great trades..fast! effient..clean..easy..done.. just a great company.

    carpet in apartment (living room and bedroom)

    Mark came over to see my place and give me a quote, he advised on the different types and showed me samples. His price was competitive and he suggested ways I could save money. I asked for a date which was very close and he was able to deliver. Carpet installer was very professional and courteous and I was very impressed by the final look. Definitely going to these again again for my house. Thanks Mark - appreciate your guidance and hope to do business with you again.     Carpet Repair

    I was referred to Victorious to help fix a shoddy job that was done previously by another carpet repair company. Victorious did an excellent jjob, were very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

    Supply and install wall-to-wall carpet in living room and upper hallway.

    I needed new carpeting in my living room and upper hallway and considered about half a dozen retailers before selecting Victorious Flooring, partly based on their excellent reputation on Homestars. Victorious did not disappoint. Mark provided shop-at-home service, a feature that I didn’t initially appreciate until I became aware of how different the various colour samples looked in the light of my house versus the light of the showroom. He also provided advice and a detailed estimate that defined all the important terms and conditions. Most importantly, his price was very competitive. Installation went exactly as described. Jay and Tony were prompt, courteous, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They even went to Home Depot to supply transition pieces to match my existing ones. I was also impressed with the follow-up call from Mark during the evening following installation to verify my satisfaction with the work.

    Carpet for Bedrooms and Staircase

    Professional. Personable. Excellent workmanship. Customer Service second to none. I came across Victorious Carpet on Homestars. They installed carpet throughout the top floor bedrooms and staircase. Flawless work done. Mark’s only concern was if I was happy with everything. I could not be any happier!     Carpet Runner and Hall Carpet installation

    Mark Aydin responded quickly to our email for information regarding carpet installation. We provided pictures of the areas to be carpeted. Mark came to our home. He was kind and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. The installer who came to our home seemed experienced and did a great job. Our stair carpet runner was wool and extra thick. We were especially anxious that this carpet be done professionally as the runner was quite expensive. And it was!!! My husband and I were very pleased with installation and the cost was reasonable.

    Carpet Purchase and Installation

    After receiving in home estimates from a few different retailers and local installers, it became very apparent that Victorious Carpet was hands down the best choice we could have made. Mark made the process easy for us. He answered every question I had, provided tips and was quick to dispell myths I may have heard. Truly a stand-up guy in his trade. The carpet quality was excellent and the install was surprisingly completed in a day. My hats off to Ramsey, Marks lead. He worked hard on countless open stairs and did not sacrifice one ounce of quality in his workmanship in what turned out to be a very long day for him. I have already received requests from friends and co-workers, asking for Victorious' web site address, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

    Replacing carpet in family room and den

    I contacted Mark after some dissappointing appointments with two national retailers. Mark was professional and courteous. The work cost what he quoted, it was started and completed on time and the finished product looked fantastic! I would recommend Victorious Carpet to anyone looking to get flooring work done. I will certainly be calling Mark for my next flooring project.
