    Carpet installed in basement

    We recently renovated our basement, and needed to carpet two rooms. We initially contacted Mark because of the strength of his reviews on Homestars. We were very impressed with Mark's quick response, his willingness to come and see us, and his knowledge of what would be the best options for our basement (which already had tiles laid down). We were under some time pressure as the birth of our first child was fast approaching, but Mark was able to arrange to get the job done in time, and was willing to change things at short notice should that have proved necessary. Al did a great job on the installation, and the basement looks great! We would definitely use Mark again for any future carpeting/flooring decisions.

    new plush carpet and underpad in basement and stairway

    The #1 reason to go with Victorious is the service! Mark Aydin came to our home, not once, but 3x, to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the style and colour of the carpet samples, before our installation date. Mark is the epitome of integrity - it's clear from the moment you meet him that he's one of the few people you'll meet working on your home that cares as much about your home as you do (maybe even more!). Victorious installers were at our home during the record-breaking heat wave. But that didn't stop them from finishing that day nor did it prevent them from a fabulous job. The carpet itself is gorgeous: soft and thick, and a delight to vacuum. Tonight my 3-year old said to me: "These carpets are EXACTLY the colours I wanted. I love ALL of it!" Victorious absolutely deserves all the fine praise you see here on Homestars.

    Stairs & 2nd floor installation

    Mark was incredibly professional from the very first phone call. He came in with samples and gave me a quote which turned out to be exactly what I paid by the time they were finished. No pressure, no typical salesmen tactics, just easy to understand explanation of everything that would be done. The carpet even came in earlier than expected so the job got bumped up and finished weeks early. The guys that did the install were fantastic, easy going and turned out to be locals that could give me some good restaurants to try in my new neighbourhood. I've already recommended Victorious to my family members, friends and business associates and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

    New basement carpet installation

    Excellent customer service from Mark and his staff from start to finish. The work was done on time, professionally, including cleanup and disposal of the old carpet. Mark is very knowledgable and took the time to explain the numerous options and materials. He made a point of coming to the job site to check on the progress of the installation, and followed up thoroughly to ensure we were satisfied. He even arranged to have our leftover new carpeting bound by the factory to use as rugs, for no extra cost, and delivered them personally. We would recommend Mark without hesitation, and we will call him again when we need a new kitchen or hardwood floor!

    Carpet Stretching

    Mark and his staff were courteous, prompt and very professional in the work they did for us. It wasn’t a big carpet stretching job but it involved several doorways and hallway. After giving us an initial “ball park” quote over the phone of $400 without having seen the job, the technician who did the work reduced it to only $300. We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the end result as well.

    Replaced over 1200 sq ft of carpet

    We bought a new house and discovered that the carpet was horrible. Googled around and came across Victorious Flooring here on homestars. Mark is a very passionate person about his business, he is up front what he can and cannot do and lays out all of cards on the table - no surprise or hidden charges. He itemizes his quote so you know exactly what each part is costing you (so you can comparison shop). He also came by a few days before the installation to confirm our carpet choice and details - very nice! We chose a Berber carpet, and the 10mm gold underpand. At first, the price as $6100, which was over our budget but we accepted the price. Mark called to tell us that his supplier reduced the price of the carpet and that we would be passing along the sames and thus we saw a nice price reduction of almost $500! Very nice! He didn't have to do that - could have pocketed the difference himself, but it shows his strength of character. I would not hesitate to recommend him again.

    Commercial carpet repairs

    Our office carpeting was in need of repairs -- some areas were torn due to wear and others the seams had split. I found Victorious via web search, and was delighted with the prompt response to my query. They reviewed the areas needing work, using digital photos. Mark and his installers are very professional, courteous and meticulous. The repairs were done during business hours without any disruptions. I recommend Victorious Carpet Installation & Repair Services to anyone needing either commercial or residential repairs. They respond to inquiries quickly, provide very accurate quotations and deliver exceptional quality workmanship.

    HANDS-DOWN THE BEST SERVICE EVER!

    I use HomeStars a lot to search out reputable trade work for our new home. I was sure that I would find someone capable of installing new carpet on our basement stairs. After contacting 4 other top-listed carpet installers on HomeStars, Mark @ Vitorious was only trade to come out to the house and physically quote. The other 3 top rated companies resisted coming out due to the small size of the job . . . but I guess that's why Victorious has such outstanding reviews! Mark and his team at Victorious were exceptionally outstanding to say the least. Communication through e-mail and phone, follow-up phone calls, sales skills, friendliness throughout the sale, knowledge of product, fairness, professional and cleanliness, were all amazing talents that Mark and his team exude. We even received a hand-written thank you letter in the mail afterwards!!! A small personal touch, I'd never expect. Victoirous flooring goes ABOVE & BEYOND your expectations and really does know how to treat you like a customer. We will be referring all of our family and friends to Mark and his team at Victorious.     Carpet on upper level

    Mark came to our place with samples and explained all of our options very thoroughly. We choice our carpet and under pad and he gave us a quote on the spot and was also very quick to send us a detailed written quote via email after he left (which is very important to us!). Installer came on time on the install day, around 9.00am and was finished by 1.00pm. Mark called a couple hours later to make sure we were happy with everything. Carpet looks amazing. We would highly recommend.

    Carpet in bedrooms

    Just wanted to share our total satisfaction with Mark and his crew. Great job all around and amazing customers experience. Mark makes you feel very special. He makes you feel comfortable in your decision and does not pressure you for his business. The carpet looks amazing. We are glad we did our homework and went with Victorious. They are tops in our books. Would recommend them to everyone. You won't be disappointed.
