Carpeting stairs ...
Wow. Great service, Mark came over, took measurements, brought samples, and explain our options very thoroughly. Installation day was a breeze, installer on time, polite and courteous. Came in, finished up quick and was gone. I would highly recommend Victorious!

carpet stretching
Great service, the tech was there on time and the service was exceptional.The carpet looks as good, or if not better than when it was originally installed! I have no hesitation in recommending Victorious Carpet to anyone I know. Great job Mark! Many thanks

Carpet installation
I had a roll of carpet that I needed installed. Victorious carpet was very prompt and accommodating. Rain was in forecast on the day of install...Mark sent a tech a day before to get everything ready and rain would not cause any delays.....Expert installation, extremely good service with reasonable prices.

old victorian, carpet over tiles, nothing straight or square!
Acting as general contractor for my own home reno, I normally get a couple of quotes and rely on my senses when I make a decision to hire. I had to meet 4 carpet supplier/installers before meeting Mark. Victorious Flooring was able to differentiate (from the others) with 3 important things rarely found in the trades. A solid knowledge of the craft, a diligent crew with experience that takes pride in attention to detail, great email and on site service. There was a miscommunication regarding the areas to cover, but we quickly found a solution. They finished the job on a Sunday before heading out of town! Can't see a single seam! Thanks guys, C.

Replaced carpet in 3 bdrms and 2 stair cases
I had this project done at the beginning of May and I cannot say enough about Mark and his team. We just bought a house and replaced all the carpet. Mark was very accommodating with the quote visit. I wanted the quote done on my last scheduled visit to the house so that the carpet could be installed as soon as we took possession and he was able to meet me on the day of my appointment and get everything measured and detailed for me within the hour we had at the house. The installers showed up on time and worked very diligently. Mark made a personal call to me the first night to ensure everything was going to my expectations. The work was done in 3 days and I have 3 scarlett ohara staircases so it was very time consuming. There was some extra carpet leftover so Mark took it to get bound and now I have a big matching mat for my front door. He even dropped if off when it was ready. I would definitely recommend Victorious Flooring and would definitely use them again. Thanks Mark!!!!

Carpet Repair - installation
Need the carpet replaced in my basement office after the floor was dug up to install some backwater valves. Got a very prompt call back from Mark at Victorious who managed to fit me in same day. His technician Al was courteous, on time, removed his shoes immediately before entering our house and did a great job reinstalling our carpet and cutting out a pattern to give access the backflow valve covers. I was very impressed at getting my invoice emailed to me immediately and a follow up call and email from Mark at Victorious to make sure I got great service and was happy with the work.

Repair to several damaged carpeted areas
I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency in which Victorious Carpet responded to my inquiry, as well sa the availibilty of an appointment to suit my busy schedule. Mark was friendly and courteous, and did a wonderful job repairing several areas that had been ruined by my pets. I also found the price for these repairs very reasonable, and would higly recommend Victorious to everyone!

underpad replacement
Have used their services twice in the last two months due to basement flooding issues. I wish all those in the service business could respond the way Mark and his team do - extremely prompt, professional work. Could not have asked for better service quite frankly. They went above and beyond at a very fair price.

Carpet Stretching and Carpet Runners Installation
Originally had installer come to do carpet stretching in the master bedroom. He was very courteous and after completion explained to me what he had done. Part of our room had a grill in one area, which after stretching would be off. He made the adjustment pretty close to perfect. Mark called me for a follow up shortly after, which was very unexpected and also much appreciated. I was very happy with their service that on the spot I asked them if they could also replace existing carpet runners on 12 stairs. Mark came by personally to do the measurements before his team would install, with 3 different styles and pricing options, and about 30-40 different colors to choose from. The following week, the same person who did the carpet stretching did the carpet runners installation. It was nice to see the same person over. The quality and color of carpet was exactly what I selected the previous week, and the installation was done great.

New carpet runner for stairs and landing
We needed a new carpet runner for our stairs and landing area so I contacted Victorious Flooring for an estimate. Mark was easy to deal with and was quick to respond to my emails. He promptly came by my place on a weekend and provided me with different options for the runner and a very competitive estimate. Within a couple of weeks the installer came by and did a fantastic job with the installation of the carpet. He was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. Will definetely call on Victorious Flooring again, thanks Mark!
