    Install carpet in the basement

    Mark came to measure the basement. Gave quote right away. Brought carpet samples. He answer in depth every question i asked and i had a lot to ask. I felt so confident in his presence that i hired him on a spot. His worker called before coming and showed up on a date and time we have agreed. He finished same day. Cleaned up after him self. All in all the very profesional job and smooth experience almost too smooth! I will recomend this company to anyone i know. Peter

    Carpet repair in recreation room

    We had a rush repair job at our home because we were listing our property. Not only did Victorious Flooring save us from having to install new carpeting, the repair job that was done was fantastic. Al the installer did the best possible repair job that could have been done, and very professionally. What seemed to be the impossible was made possible. I will definitely call on them again and refer them for any future work needed.

    Replaced the carpet on stairs, hallways upstaris and landings in preparation for moving

    We have been preparing to put our home up for sale. Even though this was a smaller Job Mark was quick to respond, quote and happy to take the business. He provided me with answers to all questions and gave me options to make this project work. He also made it happen quickly in our needed time frame. Mark and his crew are very professional and hard working and got to the job right away. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family for a great job well done! Thanks Mark!

    Carpet Repair

    The communication with me was very good, the price was fair and the work was done properly. I had a difficult time finding somebody to repair my carpet so I was very pleased to find Victorious through Homestars. This is the 3rd company that I have found through Homestars and they all have been terrific. I will definitely recommend Victorious to anybody needing carpet repairs.

    Reinstall of Carpet

    I contacted Victorious based on the reviews and the work was great. After the work was done Mark followed with a call to ensure we were happy and to let us know that there was a labour warranty on the installation should anything happen. We need our carpet relayed after digging up our basement. We provided the underpad for install and they put down carpet tacking, laid down underpad and restretched the carpet. What made them so great is that they used our carpet remanant to create 2 new seams that were frayed when pulled up. You can see the difference bw the new and old carpet, but with time it should blend in. Great work!

    Installation of carpet in a basemet apartment

    I needed carpet installed quickly and Home Depot wasn't able to do it within the time I needed it. I went online and found Victorious Flooring and Mark contacted me shortly after wards. He went out of his way to come over late in the eve to give me an estimate and told me the space may be difficult to do perfectly - due to the dimensions of the room (which I understood clearly), but after the work was done, it was indeed perfect. It was literally seamless. Quick,efficient and about $200 cheaper than Home Depot. Excellent work guys!

    installation of Berber carpet on stairs and landings

    Mark Aydin and Victorious Flooring are exceptional in every way. Mark came to our home to assist us and do measurements of the area to be carpeted. He answered all my emails in a timely fashion. He is friendly, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. His customer service is second to none. Also, he gave us a very good price. As it came closer to the time of installation, we wanted to double check that the carpet we had chosen we still wanted so Mark very kindly came to our home again at a time convenient to us and we decided to go with an upgraded carpet. It looks just beautiful! He helped us choose the carpet and gave us all the information about this particular carpet, etc. I will definitely refer him to all my friends. The second time Mark came to our home, I had a friend there to get her opinion and she said to me she will definitely go to Mark and Victorious Flooring when she changes her carpet later this year or early next year. Mark, keep up the superb work and customer service, you are definitely the best in the business, nobody compares. All the awards you have won are well deserved!

    Carpet

    We found Victorious Flooring doing a Google search, after having Home Depot in to do a quote (the estimate from Home Depot cost us $60), and asked Mark to come and give us a quote. Not only did he provide us with all the information we needed (we did not get this from Home Depot, as the person they sent ONLY measured) and an education in the product(s) his company sells. We felt very comfotable with Mark and found him friendly and professional. He was also easily accessed and responded almost immediately to any emailed questions or concerns. The day of our installation was a very exciting one for our family, as we had waited a long time to replace our carpets, and went more than smoothly. The technician Al was extremely professional and his attention to detail beyond any we had previously encountered. We could not be happier that we chose Victorious Flooring and will be giving them our business again this summer as we continue with our renovations. THANK YOU, MARK!!

    Carpet, bedroom and stairs

    I made contact with Mark based on the exceptional reviews received on Homestars (was impressed he took the time to respond with thanks to the reviews left). Similar to others' experience I received a prompt response from Mark and it was no problem arranging a time for him to come by and look at the job. During the consultation he was exceptionally helpful and candid in assisting me in choosing a carpet that fit my needs and budget. Communication with Mark between placing the order and install was seamless. He quickly responded to email and accommodated two reschedules. While Al was here to install he was focused, meticulous and a pleasure to have in my home. Important to me was that he was cognisant of our pets the whole time at watchful of them when he would go back and forth to bring in material. Mark stopped in on install day to personally ensure all was well. His after service follow up was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark, he provided a service experience that seems to be all too rare these days.

    carpeting and flooring

    I was looking for new carpeting and flooring as part of a total home reno. Mark came promptly, was friendly and professional, and offered great products and a great price. I really appreciated how carefully he suggested small carpentry changes to do first, and he was right (according to my carpenter). His installer was great. I can't imagine how the experience could have been better, and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I'm looking forward to having the chance to work with Mark again ... but given the quality of his work, it won't be soon.
