    Carpet Installation through bedroom, hallway, stairs

    Victorious Flooring quickly makes you run out of superlatives at every step of the way! The overwhelming theme coming out of our experience (second one) being .. why can't every contractor run their business this way? Mark came in on a Saturday morning, before our scheduled time and made very astute recommendations given our needs. He was perceptive in noting our situation with our dog and recommended carpet that would be safe for him. He was prompt in getting back to us with various quotes based on our carpet. The day of the carpeting saw "Al", his technician, work with incredible detail for about 16 hours, just to fit our schedule. Every stage of the job was meticulously worked on, with Al even taking the time to move our furniture about. We can honestly say that the last staple put in was done so with the same care as the first one, and it's a hard thing to do when he'd been working as long as he had. Communication with Victorious Flooring and Mark was a joy .. from selecting carpets and getting information on delivery dates; to setting up schedules and time-lines. This has been our second experience with VF and have been amazed by how much he values his relationship with his customers and getting the right product; all within extremely competitive prices. Thanks Mark and Al; we look forward to dealing with you in the very near future.

    carpet replacement of the second floor.

    We went on Homestars here to look for a good carpet company, Victorious Flooring has really good reviews, so we took a chance with them. They turned out to be more than we ever expected. The quality of the carpet is amazing. The price cannot be beat. But the best thing out of all of this is the service from Mark and his team. When we pointed out that we didn't like the transition between the carpet and the tiles, Mark really listened and took the time to come up with the solution. He and Jay spent the whole next day to correct it. Mark, thank you for a job well done, the positive experience with you and your team will definitely increase the enjoyment of our new carpet for years to come.

    carpet restretching

    I required my relatively new (3 year old carpet - installed by other company) re-stretched and called Victorious Carpet. I received an estimate by phone, and had an appointment within a couple of days and my carpet was repaired the same day of the appointment. Very professional and knowledgable staff - work was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

    basement carpet install

    We called in Victorious after our general contractor said he couldn't work with our original carpet installers (personality conflict). Mark was a little tempermental and ridgid in his ways (conflicted with our designer), but he certainly knows what he is doing and likes to do things his way because it results in quality work. Once the guys came in, they were quick and careful. I would have liked it if they would have removed the rest of the unused materials though. After two years, we have no issues with the carpet install, no threads loose or edges coming up. Mark may be very opinionated and moody, but he was very competant.

Unfortunately your basement project was quite complicated since I had to deal with you, your contractor and your designer to coordinate things as requested. On my first initial job site inspection I had clearly listed step by step what needs to be improved prior the carpet installation. I had to take control after seeing that things were not done at your benefits. My argument was with your designer and your designer’s contractor to protect your overall benefits and refusing to do the job as they want it to be done.     Carpet replacement in basement

    We had our basement carpet replaced by Victorious Flooring. From start to finish, they did an excellent job. Mark was patient as we chose our carpet and our underpad and took the time to answer our questions. Even after having second thoughts on our carpet colour selection, he offered to bring the samples over to our home again. The installers were extremely careful moving the furniture and ensuring that nothing was damaged. Because of our basement floor, it took a little longer to install the carpet than we both anticipated, but they took the time to do the job correct and asked us if we were ok if they stayed late and installed the job in one day. I would gladly use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing carpets.

    Carpeet replacement on 2 sets of staircases

    We needed to replace our old carpet on 2 sets of staircases in our townhouse. I found Victorious Flooring while searching internet for good customers’ referrals. Now I am glad to join the company of their happy customers. I was impressed by Mark’s business style – his high professionalism, punctuality, following-up on promises and “no pressure” sales technique. Mark’s crew was also outstanding – Al, who performed installation, was very polite, accurate, and confident in what he was doing. We enjoy our new carpet and will definitely deal will Victorious Flooring again when needed and recommend them to our family and friends.

    basement carpet installation

    These guys did a great job installing carpet in my basement. The underlay and carpet they sold me is top-notch, and I believe I paid a very fair price. Their installation work was exceptional. Mark Aydin was very professional, and he truly understands good customer service.

    Stair runner

    It was very easy deal with this company. They were on time and on schedule. The work done was very good quality. The price was quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    Basement carpet installation

    My wife and I needed new carpet installed in our basement in December. Unfortunately, being first-time homeowners, we didn't know that Christmastime was a busy season for the carpet installation business. My wife called two or three places on the recommendation of family. The cheapest quote that we could find for a good-quality carpet was around $2500; on top of that, everyone she spoke to said there was no way that they could get our job done until at least three weeks later. The Victorious team were very accommodating with our tight timelines, they came right to the house to show us their samples and made recommendations as to what type of carpet would best suit the space and its intended use, and installed it professionally - and all for at least $1000 less than the other quotes. Al, the installer, not only put down the carpet, but he went above and beyond by making sure that, at the spots where the carpet met up with other types of flooring, the transitions were done properly. Their post-installation follow-ups were also a nice touch (just checking to make sure that everything was to our liking). We have already recommended Victorious to friends and family since everyone who comes to the house immediately exclaims over the awesome, cozy, rich-looking carpet. We gladly recommend them again here on HomeStars.com, where we found them.

    Carpet repair

    We called on Mark to get an estimate for our carpet in the basement that needed to be stretched along with a few other minor carpet repairs. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about the carpet/flooring industry and was very professional. His team came in on time and did a great job, leaving absolutely no mess as well. I will be using this company in the future and would strongly recommend them to anyone because they offer terrific service with competitive pricing and top notch quality work.
