    Carpet Stretching

    Although there was a confusion on the scheduled time from the Victorious Flooring team as to when our services were to begin, when the guys did come to do the work they were very efficient, and did a wonderful job. Also they were very polite and apologetic for the time confusion and Mark adjusted the quoted price accordingly due to time discrepancy and any inconvenience that occurred. We were very pleased with the result and will definitely call Mark again for any future flooring services we may require.

    basement carpet purchase and installation

    Contacted Victorious for basement carpeting. Mark provided education and guidance on his sales call and did not try and "upsell." His quote was competitive, and the installation job better than expected. Mark showed up during the installation to check on how it was going, and within one hour after the installers had completed the job and departed, Mark called to follow-up and find out if we were happy. We were. This is a company that services the customer and has integrity. Highly recommend Mark and his crew at Victorious.

    Fix squeaky stairs

    We have had squeaky stairs since we moved into our house 5 years ago. It became more of an issue since the birth of our daughter and we would often wake her up when we used the stairs while she was sleeping. We found Mark's company on the internet and he came to our house quickly after speaking to him to give us a no obligation quote on the work. His professionalism at the time was impressive. He was honest, reliable and did not have any pressure sales tactics. While he presented us with a reasonable quote, we decided to put off the work. Even when discussing this with Mark he was extremely professional and understanding. A few months later we decided we wanted to invest in this project and had no hesitation in calling Mark. He returned to our home to look at the stairs and based on the time gap from the original quote, he was able to still honour it, and he provided us with all of the necessary documents for working in our home. His team showed up on time, they were extremely kind, respectful of our home, professional and a pleasure to work with. The best part is - they fixed our stairs! We no longer have squeaky stairs! Mark came by while the work was being done and returned the following day once the work was complete. Mark ALWAYS managed our expectations, was extremely fair, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. His customer service is excellent and he really went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy and comfortable with the work being done. We are also having Mark's company install carpet on our basement stairs later this month. We have 100% no hesitation in recommending Mark and his company. If you want reliable, professional, fair and honest service - there is no need to look anywhere else.

    Resilient office flooring and trim work

    With our high traffic office environment we were looking for something inexpensive and cheerful looking resilient flooring. First it started as a DIY project but didn’t take long to give up. I called Mark at Victorious Flooring. From picking up the phone and finishing the job everything was seamless. We had a tight deadline to finish the job and everything had to be done after hours. Mark had a troop ready for the evening and was able to finish the floors in one evening and came back the following day to finish the trim work. We are very happy with the work, many thanks to Al and Jay for their excellent job.

    installed carpet on 2nd floor and basement

    I was very impressed by Mark at Victorious and the men that came to do the installation. Mark was very prompt in coming to give a quote and then following up with the installation. His price was considerably less than the other company I had quote and he was very courteous and helpful as were the men that came at 10:00am and worked until 8pm. I was very pleased with the end result and highly recommend Mark and his team at Victorious.

    Installation of carpet on staircase to basement

    Mark Aydin was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in his dealings with us. He understands his business, offers suggestions and alternatives, was not "pushy" in his approach and upon completion, did a follow-up phone call a few days later. The Installer was polite, thorouogh, focused and quick. He obviously knew what he was doing. The finished product was well done. I would have no qualms referring this company to friends, colleagues and family.

    Carpet Stretching, Squeaky Floor Repair

    We were extremely happy with the professional work done in our home by Mark of Victorious Flooring. If 11 of 10 rating were possible – that would reflect the level of excellent customer service and workmanship of this company. Mark gave us his quote and professional assessment on the first visit and discussed the details with us in full. The work was done immediately and completely to our satisfaction.     Carpet replacement on the ground floor and stair

    I found the Victorious company by searching the Internet for a reliable and inexpensive contractor for the carper replacement project in my home. I saw a number of positive reviews and decided to give them a try. Well, I've never been disappointed about this decision. I gave them a call and got an answering machine. I left a short message describing what kind of service I was looking for and, to my surprise, they called me back in less that 5 minutes. The person's name, who returned my call, was Mark and he, I believe, is a head of this company. I was very delighted how he answered all my question and provided all the info I required. We scheduled a day for his visit and he came to my house to take a measurement. The price for this service is, I believe, $40 or $50, but it's free is you decide to order his service. I also asked his advice regarding the carpet which was installed in two bedrooms upstairs a couple of years earlier. This project, obviously, wasn't done properly at the first time and the carpet needed re-stretching and one of the seems was not perfect. Mark agreed to fix those side issues in the same time with the main installation and the price he asked for was very reasonable. We scheduled the installation in about 3 weeks because it was my request. I needed time to complete my renovation. It took me a bit less time than I originally anticipated and I called Mark again and asked him if it would be possible to re-schedule my installation earlier. Mark took my wish with full attention and was able to reschedule me a few days earlier. On the installation day everything was just perfect. Service was fast, professional, and very clean. I was more that just happy. In simple words, Mark has exceeded my expectations big time and I can recommend him and his company to everyone without hesitation. Well done, Mark! Thank you so much!

    Carpeted 2 rooms

    Pricing was good not great however the service made up for it as they did what they said they would do and where there on time each day. Easy to work with once scheduled.

    Carpet installation

    Mark visited our house to provide a free estimate. He is very knowledgable and helpful. When I agreed to the installation we arranged a time and day for the installation. The installer arrived on time and did a great job.
