    Replacing old carpet for the whole apartment

    The only reason I picked this company was because of the many postive reviews given on the Home Stars site. I was definitely not disappointed! As many reviews on this site mentioned, I found it very pleasnat to work with Mark and his service technicians throughout the whole process. Mark explained everything clearly and answered all my questions(there were many!). He was patient and was willing to make multipe trips to help me make up my mind on the final choice of the new carpet. This is a company truly deserves a "10" rating and I won't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

    re-stretching of carpet and installation of new carpet

    I was looking for a company to re-stretch my upstairs carpet in the bedrooms and replace the carpet in the hallway, den and on the stairs after another well known carpet company botched the job that was only done 5 years earlier. The carpet was buckling all over the place. I found Victorious Carpet on HomeStars and with-out-a-doubt, this is THE BEST COMPANY I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Mark was very pleasant and knowledgable. His company is not like most companies that spend a lot of money on tv ads and advertising and then let you down when the job is done. Mark came through with expert advise on choosing an appropriate carpet for the high traffic areas as well as outlining how his company re-stretches carpets so that they never buckle again. I had the carpets done the following week on a Saturday and the 2 installers were efficient and tidy and had the work done in 1 day. Mark insisted on not taking any of my money until I was totally satisfied with the job and even came by the following Monday to check on the job himself to make sure everything was satisfactorily done. I told him it's refreshing to see a company like his still exists in this fast-paced, money-hungry world. If you want a great job done with no run-around, get Mark and his team at Victorious Carpet to the job right the first time, trust me, you will not regret it!!!!!

    Carpet stretching

    I needed to have my carpet stretched in a small hallway and office - Mark was prompt to return my call, set up a consultation visit, and an appointment. Al, the technician who came to do the work, was also very courteous and explained what he had to do, and was exceptionally quick to do it. The follow up phone call and email were also very good - and a rare sign of truly exceptional customer service! Thanks Mark and Al - great job! I'll definitely call again when I need flooring services completed.

    replacement of carpet on stairs and basement

    After a drain backed up in our basement our carpet was a mess. Victorious, on our request, came in, removed carpet and replaced it in a timely manner. We were very pleased with their work and their professionalism. Our basement looks and smells great once again thanks to Victorious Carpet Installation and Repair Services.

    Carpet Installation

    Arranged for a carpet install on upper hallway stairs. They responded to my e-mail within 24 hours as promised, set up a time that worked for me. The installer was a bit late for the appointment, so they took $10.00 off my installation. They followed up with a nice e-mail to thank me for my patience and my business. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends, and would use them again if I had more work to be done.

    CARPET INSTALLATION

    Thanks again for your help in getting my carpet installed on such short notice. We are VERY impressed with the installation. Al is truly amazing and the installation went smoothly and looks great. It was a pleasure to do business with you! I knew after speaking with you the first time, I had to look no further!!!     Carpet in rec room in basement

    From beginning to end, a job well done. Mark and the installer were punctual, courteous, professional, understood my needs, made good suggestions, cleaned up any mess afterwards, etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to family and friends. Thank you.

    Replace Basement Carpet

    My basement had flooded and ruined some of my carpet. Mark came out to try to match the existing carpet and gave me several options to choose from. Mark is a true professional and runs his business with pride. He over-services and provides everything in writing. He is not happy unless you are. I will use him again in the future.

    carpet stretching/repair

    I needed my wall to wall carpet stretched in several places because there were noticeable ripples. Mark was very helpful and professional. Al did a great job and fixed the ripples and repaired a couple of areas where the carpet seam had separated. It is a pleasure dealing with a company when they call to reconfirm, show up exactly on time and call to report when the job is finished.

    Broadloom for basement and stairs

    After having few quotes from different stores, we came across to this web site and asked Victorious Flooring to provide us with a quote. Mark was very friendly and had booked us the following day for an evening appointment. Mark was very professional and was packed with knowledge. He gave us a brief, easy to understand info about the differences in fibres, construction methods and cushions. No other salesman had given that information. In fact, one of the big store salesman had absolutely no idea what the difference is between nylon and polyester broadloom. Going thru the samples we made our decision and Mark was kind enough to schedule the installation for Sunday morning. The job was done as promised, very happy with the result.
