    Carpet reinstallation (after flood)

    If only everyone provided this level of service! The corner of our basement was flooded due to a leak from a waste pipe. It was a small area (about 140 sq.ft.). I called Mark (always immediately available on the phone, by the way), and he directed me how to lift the carpet, dispose of the underpadding and allow the carpet to dry. The price quote for new underpadding and re-laying the carpet was very reasonable. Once dry, the carpet installer (Al) punctually arrived, and immediately noticed there was new water on the floor, so he couldn't do the installation. (It turned out the new flood was unrelated to the old one, this time from the furnace!). Al returned again once the carpet was dry to do the installation. He couldn't complete one small area because the floor was cold and the existing carpet couldn't be stretched enough (for fear it would tear). I talked to Mark the next morning, and HE apologized to ME for not being able to complete the work! After I adequately warmed the room, Al returned the next day to complete the job. At every step of the way, both Mark and Al were pleasant, patient and responsive, and did excellent work at a reasonable price.

    Carpet stairs installation

    We had leftover carpet from a previous installation and wanted it installed on our basement staircase. We found Victorious online and were initially hesitant to hire a company from online references only. We received feedback and a quote very quickly online without the hassle of an initial visit. The service was also scheduled promptly. The carpet was installed beautifully at the cost as quoted. Quick service, exceptional installation, what else could you ask for?

    Carpet Runner for Stairs and carpet for basement stairs

    From thr first day Mark came by to give us a quote for a carpet runner for our stairs he made my wife and I feel very comfortable. His pricing is fair and his carpet installer Al was great! Excellent Customer Service!!

    Carpet Patch/Repair

    One day about five months ago, I came home to find that our cleaning lady had spilled bleach on our beige carpet. The bleach had removed the colour from the carpet and there was now a white spot directly in the middle of the carpet in our bedroom. I had two other companies come by to look at it. One company said it couldn't be repaired and I had two options, 1..put an area rug over the spot or 2..replace my entire carpet for a spot that was no bigger than 3" square. Another company said it could be repaired but I would not be happy with the results as there would be a visible seam. I decided to leave it for quite some time because I didn't know what would be worse, a white spot in the middle of my carpet or a visible seam in the middle of my carpet. I was beginning to think it was hopeless. I looked at the white spot on my carpet for weeks and thought...this is crazy..there has to be a company that can do a patch. I decided to try carpet companies outside of the Burlington area. I googled carpet repair and came across Victorious Carpet. From my first phone converstion with Mark I felt completely confident in this company's sevice. I am so happy with the results. I can't even see where the patch was done. I wish I would have called Victorious carpet first. It would have saved me a lot of headache. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a carpet patch/repair.

    Basement

    I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Mark and his team. They worked long unanticipated hours in order to get the job done in a relatively short period of time. Mark made every effort to ensure that we were satisfied throughout the installation period and afterward.

    Carpet Stretching

    Victorious were professional and capable, the two things we look for in a contractor. We needed to have our carpet stretched in order to remove a few buckles due to water damage. Mark walked us through the quote and gave us a quick history of carpet and carpet care. They arrived on time and exceeded our expectations. I would gladly recommend them to a friend and will contact them once we are ready to purchase new carpet.

    Carpet installation - basement apartment

    Mark and his guys are terrific. I needed to replace the carpet in our basement apartment, and I had managed to find some barely used second hand carpet to put in. The replacement carpet was in several rolls. I called Mark and gave him the measurements. He asked some great questions and gave me a quote on the spot. When installation day came, Mark and his team were there right on time. They had a look at the rolls of carpet I had and offered a couple of options on how to install it with the least number of seams. Within minutes Mark and his crew went to work. They were quick and efficient and cleaned everything up after themselves and the bill was exactly as quoted. Great work. Great people. Highly recommended.

    Carpet installation & sale

    Your staff's installation and service was wonderfull. They are friendly, professional and hard worker. They arrived on time. They explained what they would do very well. They answered all my questions. (Answering my questions is not so easy all the time.) They did answer very well. And finished the work as they promised. Thanks a lot! Dave.

    carpet stretching

    Called Mark with our problem of several big buckles in our broadloom and an appointment was arranged quickly. Mark was very courteous, explained exactly what could be done to fix the problem, and within 4 hours everything was perfect. I would highly recommend his service. Very reasonable and reliable to deal with.

    carpet installation

    As new homeowners Mark came to install carpet for us. Working with him was truly a pleasant experience and the work done was absolutely perfect. After subsequent run-ins with less-than-commendable contractors, I came to fully appreciate how one-of-a-kind this company is. When we suffered water damage to a carpeted floor in the house, Mark came immediately to help us with his usual perfectionist standards. This guy is the real deal - hardworking, genuine and priced very fairly. He will never leave you hanging, and is loyal and responsive to his customers even long after the job is complete.
