    Basement Carpeting

    Called Mark for a quote to recarpet basement after a drain backed up and ruined the old carpet. He was there the next day with samples and the job was complete by the end of the week. I would recommend to anyone and will use them again in the future. Really good experience, great price.

    stretching 5 year old carpet

    It was with some apprehension that I contacted Mark using the Internet.The worker I hired didn't show and I needed to get the job done.Mark was quick to respond and we feel very lucky. He was there the next day and quickly analysed the situation and explained all of the options that I could pursue, attaching an estimated cost to each strategy. Mark was highly skilled,hard working,very client oriented and thorough in every way.I give him the highest recommendation possible. We will be return customers.

    Carpeting our basement main and upper floor

    Mark from victoriousflooring.com was very helpful by explaining the benefits of different carpet fibres. Our first option was wool carpet than decided to go with a nylon fibre carpet. Mark also spotted some issues on our stair case and asked us to have corrected. He suggested a handyman, did a terrific job for a very reasonable cost. With a little difference we upgraded our underpad for the basement and used a regular underpadding for the rest of the house. He also left us small pieces in case a patch or repair is needed in the future. Overall, it was a relaxed and no pressure transition by choosing the carpet and having it installed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    fixing creaky floorboard's and new carpet fitting

    victorius floorings staff and mark the owner was very gentle and helpful bu explaining the causes and possible option to reduce or eliminate the annoying squeaks on our floorboards. I am very happy with the result. I am also very pleased with my new carpet. thank you for providing such a service.

    carpet installation

    I was in tight situation where we were only back in town for 1 week and our storage contract was up. Mike booked an appointment with us the second day we got back and booked off the next two business for installation. The installation was so professional, Al spent most of the day to make sure the job was perfect, he even tried to get the squeak out of stairs. Nice people, excellent work, amazing price!

    Carpet purchase and installation

    I highly recommend Victorious Flooring for wall to wall carpets. I purchased a Berber type carpet for my basement. The salesperson was very professional and helpful and did not pressure me into upgrading. The estimate was very reasonable. The carpet installer was polite, efficient and very skilled. The carpet is beautiful - our basement family room has been transformed!

    Carpeting

    I had to re schedule our installation date 3 times due to my wife’s health condition but also had a very strict timing for the job to be completed. Mark was very understanding. I found his prices reasonable and the labour was amazing. I have already referred him to a friend of mine. Thank you again for your professional service.

    Carpet replacement and installation

    When I contacted Mark after reading about his company in HomeStars, he promptly came to my home to review the project and provide an estimate. He provided helpful input on the product choice and was able to offer several options for scheduling the installation to accommodate me. The workers showed up on-time and completed the project within the specified time frame. Eight days from start to finish. I recommend this company.

    carpet removal and installation

    Mark was extremely prompt to my inquiry for a consultation at my home (he came within 30 min of my saturday morning phone call!) and was honest, conscientious and even suggested that I may want to do the floors all in wood vs. carpet. However, I chose the carpet - quality was great and price was very fair. The installer was prompt, they did a few extras for me (removal of carpet on my spiral stairs without extra charge) and allowed me to move all the furniture on my own in advance (to save $$ instead of them moving my furniture for me). There was one installer and he did a great job....after a full day he was driving home from my etobicoke condo to Scarborough and happily turned around and came back when I realized there was a snag in the carpet where 2 pieces had to be put together. He drove all the way back during rush hour and was very pleasant and took care of all the details to ensure I was 100% happy. Mark and his team are professional, very fairly priced and I felt confident in their honesty and attention to details. Mark communicated well with me in advance and explained all the details and suggested ways to save money. GREAT experience! Thank you Mark.     carpet installation

    My Husband and I needed new carpet put in to our basement and basement apartment. Mark and his associate came on only a few days notice, completed the job under budget and greatly exceeded our expectations. Mark's friendly nature and attention to detail were great. I would recommend him to anyone in need of new floor installation.
