    carpeting of basement and stairs

    I found Mark to be honest and knowledgeable. The quote was very detailed and the attached photos made the estimate very easy to understand. Everything was straightforward and above board. We've recently gone through an extensive renovation and can say with confidence that he is far superior to most trades we dealt with in integrity, knowledge and workmanship. I have no hesitation in recommending this company fully.

    carpet re-stretching

    Mark arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and got right to it. He did an excellent job on the living room/dining room areas. He is very service concious and has a very professional approach to his work. I would highly recommend him for any work related to carpeting.

    Carpet stretching

    Mark arrive on time,saw the problem and said that it was bad workmanship that created the stretching. He was very helpful in helping to move furniture out of the way and he re stretched the carpet and re jointed part of it. He removed the excess pieces and vacuumed the carpet and replaced the furniture. I would highly recommend him for any work related to carpets. Maurice H

    EMERGENCY Carpet Replacement

    Mark showed up not once, but twice when we had water in our basement. The first time we were worried about leaving the carpet wet and Mark came right away to remove the old carpet and underpadding. Mark had great advice on choosing a quality carpet that was safe for the kids. Installation was a snap with no sign of seams or any mess. I will recommend Mark and Victorious Carpet to anyone looking to have new flooring installed. It is a genuine pleasure to meet someone so courteous professional and helpful. Thank you Mark!

    carpet restretching in basement

    My husband and I are thrilled with the work Mark did in our basement. He is extremely professional, gave us great advice and now our carpet has been restretched it looks fabulous! We will recommend Mark to all our friends for sure!!

    Carpet runner for staircase

    Carpet Repair

    We had a long tear in our basement burbur carpet and were putting our house on the market within days. Knowing our situation, Mark came in last minute and repaired our carpet damage so that you could barely see the line. We were very pleased with the result!

    Basement and sunroom carpeting

    I have had Victorious Carpet install carpet at two separate times in my home. Both times I researched price and quality of carpet. I must tell you that in both circumstances Victorious Carpet came out on top. Not only are they a fraction of the price, they use only the best products. The service was impeccable and the price is always right. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great price, great product as well as service and quality of installation.

    Carpet Stretching

    We bought our home from the builder and they did a horrific job with the carpet. I went on HomeStars' website and decided to call Victorious Carpet and I was completely satisfied with the job. Thanks Mark.

    Carpet Install

    What I like about Mark was his attention to detail. The original owners of the house dented the hardwood stairs when they were moving out and before mark started to remove our old carpet, he emailed us pictures to show these dents. Also after the carpet was installed, I asked about some gaps against the baseboards and out came his iphone to show me before and after - he made it better than what the original owners had. I like when they can anticipate my concerns!!! Any ways, I highly recommend his service.
