As a real estate agent, I was looking for someone to carpet the basement of a client's million dollar home which was to go on the market any day. It had to be of a high enough quality to suit the surroundings, but it was also a last minute expense so price was definitely an issue. The first company that arrived quoted me $3400- more if any furniture needed to be moved- and said it would be at least a week before it could be installed as the carpet had to come from the States. I showed them the door very quickly. At $2200, the second company's quote seemed like a bargain in comparison, but Mark was still to come so I waited. After a few minutes of measuring, Mark told me he could do the entire job- carpet, underpad and installation- for $1200. The trick was that he was going to do the job in three pieces- one piece for the long hallway, one piece for the main room and a third for a window alcove- a solution no one else had considered. He assured me that I would only be able to see one cut if it was pointed out, and that I would probably not be able to see the second even it I was led right to it. He advised against re-carpeting the stairs saving my client considerable time and money, and found a pattern and colour that worked perfectly with the existing runner. He also promised that if given the job he would have it completed within three days. Mark did all of this and more. The basement looked sensational, the cuts were virtually invisible, and the job was done in less than half the time and price of his competitors. I have since used Mark exclusively for both my clients and myself and I recommend him to absolutely everyone. I'n not sure how, but he seems to keep getting better and better. Today, while installing a stair runner in my own home, he noticed a pull in my bedroom rug and quietly fixed it while he was here. By the time he left, everything looked perfect. I would recommend Mark and Victorious Flooring to anyone without a second's hesitation. If you need carpet or flooring, don't waste time calling anyone else. Mark's is the only number you need.

Contacted Mark at Victorious Flooring due to glowing reviews on this site. Was not disappointed. He was helpful, courteous, prompt and the end result was fantastic. I was very pleased with the new carpets on my two sets of stairs and two bedrooms - Mark and Al did a fabulous job.

We are selling our current house and need to fix our 2nd floor carpet since it need extreme stretching... and like everybody we need it yesterday... Marc came for an estimate, gave me a few alternative and detailed explanation... I called him the next day to book it a few days later... Marc arrive with his helper (Matthew) and they arrived on time... and let me tell you that they waste no time... As soon as Matthew walk in the house, he went straight to a room and start getting his tools and work on the carpet while Marc was getting ready on the other room... They did the job in less than 2 hours and our carpet is now flat and look fantastic... Marc is absolutely a real professional and you can trust him to fix your carpet! Thanks Marc !

Iwas told of Mark by a neighbour. I had just moved in to a new housing development and needed to have my basement staires covered with carpet. I had a large piece of carpet from my previous home. This was not a problem and Mark and Mathew arrived as promised and did an expectional job. They were polite friendly and most helpful in removing the scraps of rug. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking. He is very professional, confirmed all appointments by email and by telephone ten minutes before arrival. He suggested the perfect carpet runner for our staircase and also made a custom carpet for our upper foyer. He suggested a carpet that is stain resistant and the day after the carpet was installed, my daughter was sick to her stomach and threw up on the carpet runner wouldn't you know it. I got the stain out 100%. Mark also fixed my carpet in the office for free as it needed to be stretched out. Mark also went to home depot to buy the supplies for the upper hallway so that the carpet wouldn't slip. He's just amazing! Mark and Matthew did an excellent job repairing the carpet in my home that had buckled. As they did each room, they asked me to take a look and ensure that I was satisfied and patiently explained any questions I had. When they were done, they encouraged me to call if I had any concerns or questions. Very happy that I chose this company.

Mark fixed our brand new carpet that our dog ripped up. I thought we would have to replace the entire room. I called Mark and within 2 business days of my call the job was completed. Even though their schedule was extremely busy they made time because we were selling our home. I couldnt even tell where he fixed it. Tuly amazing job. I would highly recommend them. Really cannot say enough about my overall satisfaction with this company. If you have a carpet problem call them first.
