Very professional crew. Dissembled and wrapped furniture very nicely. On time for arrival, actually came a bit earlier. Wasted no time in moving. Once arrived at the new place, the crew used mat to cover the floor and stairs. To move from a 3-bedroom house to another. Finished around noon, left me enough time to unpack, which was unexpected. Turned out to be a great moving experience. I would highly recommend Arby.

I only have to use a few words - these guys were great. I needed them to move my stuff to a few addresses before I moved out of my house, and they were prompt, efficient and very polite and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable mover.

We have used Arby Cartage twice over the last two years to move our daughter from an apartment in downtown Toronto to the Niagara region and then back again last week. Arby gave us a firm quote on both moves that were fully honoured without any additional fees or charges. For the level of service that was provided we felt the price was very good. The moving crews were prompt, courteous and everything was handled very carefully and where required adequately wrapped. Nothing was damaged. I was shifting my home from Mississauga to Waterloo region. They showed up ahead of the scheduled time at my condo on the day of moving. I had nearly a 3 bed room equivalent furniture and contents. They cleared out all well within 2.5 hrs and the total end to end movement and unloading was done within 7 hours. They took great care on ensuring all the contents were secured and carefully delivered to the new location. I have to say that I was extremely satisfied with the service and highly recommend the company to the anyone.

We hired Arby to move everything in our two-bedroom apartment across town, mostly on the strength of the reviews here and the fact that their quote was about half as much as anyone else offered us. In the end, we paid quite a bit less as they wrapped up the job quicker than predicted and only charged us for the actual time used. We were moving out of a high-rise and into a low-rise, and they sent three people in a big truck. They managed to clear the apartment in less than 90 minutes and unload in about the same amount of time, despite the heat and lots of stairs. Nothing got damaged, and they were careful about checking with us before moving fragile things (pictures, musical instruments, lights). We aren't planning on moving in the near future, but I would definitely use Arby again and would recommend them.

They did a great job of packing and safely and quickly moving our whole home. Very polite and respectful of our things and our homes. I would recommend them without reservation.

Had to move out from my bachelor apartment and my sister recommended Arby Cartage, because of her positive experience from her previous move, and they were great. The movers were very kind, and professional and took care of everything without any complaint or hassle. The cost was great too (exactly what they had quoted in their estimate), with no extra fees for stairs, or wrapping, or anything like that. This company turned a normally stress-inducing process into a rather painless one, and I will always be grateful for that. We liked them so much, my parents are going to use them for their upcoming move as well! Three moves with the same company means you know you are in good hands.
