great attitude, strong lads working in a measured way (note, I packed myself) three lads arrived on time, protected the floors in a heritage listed home, moved everything down the street, unloaded, assembled and removed all garbage no complaints. no damage. very respectful and hardworking. they even helped move furniture around to get the right location.

I cannot express how incredible these movers are. Anil and his team moved my Mom from her condo to a seniors home, with a second drop to my house which included a piano. Everything went off without a hitch and the attitude of the crew was always positive and happy. They were polite, careful and respectful of time. Arby Cartage & Moving was recommended to me and I will definitely recommend them to other friends and family that are moving in the future. Well done!

I have used Arby Cartage 4 times over the last 8 weeks. We downsized from a house of 35 years to a Condo. Arby moved furniture from my house to a consignment store, to the furniture refinishing company, and furniture etc into a storage unit, and then again on moving day into the Condo. They were are always on time (actually early most times). Anil and the crew are professionals. I was most impressed that a separate van was sent on moving day to make sure my Antique China Cabinet was moved safely. I you want a stress free move......call Arby!!

Arby and crew moved our stuff to and from a storage due to home renovations. In both occasions they arrived on time, loaded and unloaded things taking care of not scratching doors or walls. Although they charge by the hour, they kept a fast pace and did not try to take advantage. The best movers I have experienced in Toronto so far. Highly recommended.

We are doing a major reno and need to move out of our place for an extended period. We hired Arby Cartage to help us move. They did an excellent job prepping our furniture for storage and moving our stuff. Arby came give us an estimate (which turned out to be very accurate ) and recommended us doing the move in 2 days. The moves went smoothly and we were really glad that we did it in 2 separate days. The guys were excellent, fast, professional and very organized. They took very good care of our things. We'll ask them again to help us move back to our house when the reno is done. Margaret

This was a small move and Arby was very helpful in setting it up for us just the week before. Movers Rudy and Mike were prompt and courteous. The move went very smoothly, nothing was broken or damaged. We would certainly use Arby Cartage again.

I had a moving situation that was not so common, namely that we were going to move all/most of the boxes ourselves ahead of time, and just needed help with the furniture. All the other quotes I got were for a lot more $ than Arby, maybe because Arby is a good value, but also I think because they actually paid attention to what I was telling them about exactly how much help we'd need. The guys showed up on time, and called on the way to confirm they were coming. They were cheerful and friendly, and worked hard. They had to deal with some annoyances like taking apart furniture with stripped screws, and removing a door to a narrow doorway in order to fit stuff in; I know it's standard moving stuff, but they handled everything graciously and with good humour. The estimate was very accurate in terms of actual time and personnel needed. Our experience was great, and we would definitely recommend this mover!

We decided that our downtown condo was too small and need to move out to a condo in the 'burbs. Arby and his crew were amazing! They showed up early, and worked efficiently. I was blown away at the attention to detail this guys had. Arby and his crew saved me a fortune by allowing me to close two properties in one day. I would use these guys again in a heart beat.

Packing and moving can be a stressful time. Anil (team lead) and crew came by exactly on time (9am) and we had a quick walkthrough to show them the boxes we packed and the furniture to be moved. Some pieces we were not able to pack, the team lead said they would do it. They brought extra materials to finish packing should we need it. When the packing started, we could not believe how fast the boxes and furniture went. The team lead ensured that the truck was packed as efficiently as possible. After about 5 hours they had 2 trucks packed and we headed over to the new house. In the other house, we went through a walkthrough again, this time discussing where the major pieces would go and what the room names would be. I was impressed that the crew remember the small nuances of our furniture and layout in the old house. In another 4.5 hours, they had unpacked both trucks. We mainly directed where certain pieces went, if they had questions. Overall, these guys seem to be fit and have the stamina to ensure a 9.5 hour move. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended.
