Can't say enough good things about these guys. Punctual and polite, they had a non-stop drive to just get the job done on a hot August day. They beat us to our new location and called wondering how long we were going to be cause they wanted to get started! Didn't even want a break! Excellent workers and I have yet to find anything broken or missing 6 months later. Pretty rare for a moving company.

After researching many moving companies (about 10) myself, I found Homestars and figured it was necessary to make the quotations again, this time based on the reviews and the rating. I called 5 best rated moving companies and comparing them, Arby was the one that gave me best cost/benefit. Anil was always helpful on the phone to arrange everything for the moving day. When the big day arrived, I had two guys (Amit and Mike) and a truck. The guys were very gentle with our furniture and unbeliveble fast. Although I lived in a small 1 br. apartment, and had few furniture, I moved in to a big townhouse with 4 bedrooms, and even though the 3 storeys, the guys did everything in almost 3 hours. As I knew, I had to pay for the full time charge (minimum 4 hours and 1/2 for travelling charge), but overall was worthy. I had some few scratches in my furniture, but I just ignored it, because I know such things are difficult to avoid it.

Hello all. I would like to take this opportunity to comment on Arby cartage. This is the second internal move that they have done for us and we couldn't be happier. They were quick, efficient and very careful of my things. As well they were extremely patient when we were undecided as to where to put certain pieces. Thanks so much Arby! You came through again.

This company services were hired to move my Mom from her condo to a townhouse. They were very quick, respectful, careful and efficient. They made sure that everything was exactly where she wanted it to go. and the price quoted was the price paid. no surprises at the end.

Requirement: Elderly father in hospital, ready to be released, but must move to the assisted living facility that is next door to his previous independent living retirement home (adjacent separate buildings). Can it be done within 2 days?? Client: Stressed daughter in uncharted territory two weeks before Christmas, hoping for some magic. Arby: Calm, cooperative, accommodating, and reasonable. Communicated efficiently by phone and email; provided availability options, and delivered on next-day service. Familiar with, and respectful of, retirement home environment. Helpful with furniture placement decisions in new suite. Client: Relieved, satisfied, thankful.

Using Arby Cartage for my move was the best choice I could have made. They did their best to accommodate the date, responded to each of my e-mails & phone promptly in a professional and friendly manner. The truck arrived exactly on time; the movers worked extremely efficiently and were obviously very experienced as well as very personable, From start to finish everything went smoothly & I was happily impressed!! I most DEFINITELY recommend this moving company and will be using them for my next move.: DEFINITELY! . Just as a suggestion: I saw a previous review suggesting offering shrink-wrapping of furniture and/or blankets to cover certain things like couches .. I did not experience any damage but I do agree.

With regards to cost and estimates, Arby was very helpful as it was our first move and asked the right questions to provide the appropriate (and reasonable) estimate. We would use them again.

We used Arby Cartage to move us from our home that we sold into our new home. The movers arrived on time, did the move within the time we wanted and were totally professional and friendly. They took care in moving our furniture and we are going to be using them again within the year when we make our final move. We highly recommend this company to anyone needing this service. They hold to their contract and do not make last minute changes.

It was our first time using movers and we were very impressed. I looked up a few different companies on homestars and contacted a few for quotes. Anil and Arby both responded promptly to all our questions. On the day of the move the team showed up right on time and were at the door before I knew it! They were not only knowledgable and efficient but also friendly and courteous. Communication remained great throughout the day and they would have finished even earlier if not for some misplaced paperwork at our new place. They assembled our furniture with ease and even helped with the layout and I think our son's crib is sturdier than ever lol! Thanks for making our move so easy!
