We appreciate every feedback from our customers, no matter of experience. Miracle Movers does not provide or especially promise a flat rate for the entire move. Every estimate is a non-binding one. It is mentioned during the initial conversation as well as every quote has a note about it. That gives every customer of ours an opportunity to control the process and to influence the final amount for the move by pre-packing (for example). We are very transparent with our rates and all the event's details are double checked and confirmed during the final confirmation contact. Every estimate has attachments disclosing not only our responsibilities but customers' as well and factors that can influence the final amount in case we were not informed of them in advance. Like inventory change, locations layouts, etc. We are sorry to receive such a review and do not malicious reviews. Before misleading our customers and offending a business that is providing honest service for more than 20 years, we call you to send us an email at claims@mmovers.ca with your concerns to double check the information and to clarify the whole situation.
