Movers called after bein an hour late to tell us they would be there in 20 mins. They actually arrived two hours late, screwing up booked service elevator arragenments and making property managers mad at us. Although fast at the beginning, later movers later started to work quite slow. They very rude and screaming on the phone when I said I wouldnt pay for time we had to wait at the drop off location because of the unavailability of elevators due to their late arrival. They said screaming that I had to pay the total.
