The custom service works perfectly professional - plenty of necessary information,polite, sociable, pleasant! i could believe them and not in vain! Just let you know that I will use Miracle movers again If I need to move in future. My last move with this company was very professional and good value for money. Movers were very pleasant, everything was done with care and I had no chance to worry at all. I can recommend them to you. Tina

I want to write a couple of words about the moving company who did the best job for me- Miracle Movers. They were very professional from my first call to them to the finishing of my move. They called the day ahead and confirmed our moving appointment, showed up on time and made my move perfect. I appreciate all the job they have done for me. Thank you, Guys

I deeply regret not to have read these reviews before and getting involved with these "people" from "Miracle Movers" We hired them to move a one plus den condo. After showing up 1:30 hours later and have made multiple calls to this company, I had to hear Mr Dimitri's obscenities in the phone because of our "late cancellation notice". I deeply hope that this kind of behavior would be noticed by the authorities. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE, thank God I never had the chance to meet them in person.

Please take this advice, look for a different company to move with... Truck arrived 1.5 hours late to my house. The driver immediately had called Head Office to state that the truck they sent would not be able to move all the contents, and would require a second run. At the end of the afternoon, Eugene assured me that a smaller cube truck would arrive with 2 movers at 6 pm. I waited for 2 hours, and called MM. They stated that they had no one available and that Eugene would call me the next morning to arrange. No phone calls were returned the next day. With luck of having another company come to move the remaining items, and having the new buyers of my home flexible to allow me in the next day, I was finally able to complete the move (an extra $700 out of my pocket though that I didn't expect). The movers themselves were good, but the company and head office, terrible to deal with. DO NOT USE. I AM AWAITING COMPENSATION FOR THE ERRORS THAT THIS COMPANY HAS IMPOSED ON ME

They arrived 4 hours late. I almost didn't move that day because place I was moving to did not allow move-ins at night. Did not disclose all fees and suddenly got presented a bill that was so much higher than expected. Tried to talk to them about the issue but they did nothing. I'm going to find someone else the next time we move.

I just want to send you a quick thank you notice regarding my move. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the two men that moved my apartment but they were great !! I was a bit nervous about using a moving company that was not referred to me but in the end I couldn't be happier. The movers came to my place 15mins early - they were pleasant, social, talkative and most importantly - professional. They were able to get all my personals out w/out any damages or incident. When it came to moving my couch (which is very big and the elevator is so small) they stayed calm and did not get frustrated about it - they worked as a team and lessened the stress on me. Overall - I'd like to thank your company and I will be sure to recommend you guys to anyone I know that is moving.

I am extremely pleased with your service, starting from your answering all of my inquiries then scheduling and completing the move smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Miracle Movers in the future.
