Well, the title should say it all - this was absolutely a horrendous experience from front to back. I cannot get into the full story because it would take me hours to type how much crap my husband and I had to go through on the day of our move, so here are the main points: -after booking Miracle Movers I came across some negative reviews on here about them showing up late, or not showing up at all.. I started to get nervous so I called the company and asked to speak to the owner Eugene so he could put my mind at ease that none of this would happen. In speaking to Eugene he said not to worry and that the movers would show up on time with the right size truck between 8 and 9a.m. the next morning. -The next day came and my worst nightmare came true, and instead of arriving on time they came a whopping seven hours later and arrived at 3:00 IN THE AFTERNOON!!! -They brought a truck half the size they promised us. We have a 3 bedroom house, they sent a truck for a 2 bedroom apartment - dont believe the pictures on their website, you wont be recieving the trucks they promise you, and I guaruntee those aren't even pictures of trucks they own. -My neighbour had to bring our remaining stuff to us the next day, 3 hours away (Cambridge all the way to Bracebridge area). -We had to pay for the extra truck rental time the new owners of our house incurred because of the seven hour delay - $500, and they were not able to move in until the next morning -The movers were finally done at our new home at 2 a.m. the following day -In disputing the original bill the following day I was told by Eugene (THE OWNER OF MIRCALE MOVERS) that someone from 'Customer Service' would call me, but instead, I recieved a call from one of the movers, Dimitri, who proceeded to scream at me for 10 minutes, threaten me, and exclaim that God would harm my children if I didn't pay in full that day. He actually wished harm upon my unborn children!!! And it was at that point I called the police and they spoke to him directly, cautioning him that he could go to jail. So, what happens is that EUGENE doesn't pay his movers until they collect the total bill. He holds them accountable and then they have to threaten the customer in order to get paid by Eugene. THAT is how Mircale Movers they deal with their customers. -Bottom line, this company is run by criminals who should be in jail for the way they mistreat their trusting customers (and their overworked and what I can only assume to be illegally employed staff for that matter). I cannot say anything else other than to STAY AWAY FROM MIRACLE MOVERS. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THIS. They are horrible and should be put out of business for good. Do not give these criminals a dime of your money. Do not be lured by their competitive prices, they are low for a reason!!! And Eugene, feel free to respond to this should you feel the need, but you know EXACTLY what happened. And the fact that I actually trusted your word is what sickens me the most and makes me feel so stupid. You are a horrible person who takes advantage of your trusting customers and your company will not be around much longer if I have anything to do about it.

For this 2 part move, they showed up with a truck half the size we requested and couldn't move all our stuff to the storage unit. Supposedly the original truck had a mechanical problem. Fine, mistakes happen - I personally moved the rest in multiple runs with my car. Part 2 - from storage to next apartment - they were 5 hours late (we had the elevator booked and it caused mega problems at the new place), truck was (again!) half the size we request and they were a man short. Made one run and were too tired to finish. Never ever ever use this company. Wish I had seen the negative feedback when I hired them in the first place - hope this saves you some aggravation and money.

We had already hired Miracle Movers before we heard about HomeStars and were worried about the mix of reviews. However, Miracle came through with flying colours. Many of the complaints here stem from people not reading the polices on Miracle's website. Our movers (Slavo and Alex) were fast, courteous and very careful. I've never had a move where not a single thing went unbroken, but that streak has ended. Our move went hours faster than I expected and they barely took any breaks. Perhaps service is dependent on who actually shows up for the move, but our guys were fantastic. Miracle will be handling our next move for sure.

I hired them - they said they'd come with a large truck - came with a 20 footer which already had a bunch of junk in it. The workers sat around for about 1.5 hours deciding whether or not they wanted to move my stuff - finally got working but a couple hours later they said they'd have to leave to do another job and would return in the morning - never returned, never heard from them - Very poor organization. For the time they worked it cost me almost twice what they quoted - charged me tax, but never got a receipt, wouldn't return my calls. Made the move a nightmare. I ended up rushing around to find another mover who was available on a long weekend to move the balance. (hummingbird) They were fantastic!

We wanted to thank you and your team for a job well done. We would recommend your company and well as hire you again ourselves should another job come up. A fantastic job! Please thank the boys for us

The move went well. It only took about 3 1/2 hours from one location to the other. None of my possessions were damaged and the movers were very nice, helpful and efficient. I would use Miracle Movers again--if the occasion arrives!

Our movers were courteous and punctual. The movers worked tirelessly, even though many of our heavy items were going to the third floor, and up very narrow stairs. This is the third time that I have used your company and I have never had any complains. We were most pleased with the service provided. The gentlemen moving our belongings were very careful and efficient.

I phoned your company a couple of weeks ago for a quote and spoke to Xana who was most helpful. Having hired movers in the past, and having a horrible experience (to the point where I was forced to complain to the better business bureau), Xana put my mind at ease and assured me that the staff at Miracle Movers were extremely professional and had years of experience. Because of Xana’s very calming personality, I decided to hire Miracle Movers to assist with my move on Saturday, January 10th.The movers that were sent to me were Slava and Vladimir. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. They were extremely professional, organized, friendly and efficient. So thank you Miracle Movers!! I will be recommending your company to anyone who is moving and would not hesitate for a second to hire you again myself should the need arise in the future

I just wanted to send a note to thank you for helping me to arrange my move last week. It can be so tiresome and difficult but I was lucky enough to have such experienced men make my move more of a pleasure.They were great, very patient and worked quickly so I do appreciate that very much.
