I had great experience with Miracle Movers a week ago. I was moving from Mississuaga to Woodbridge and I am completely satisfied with provided service. Well, movers were 5 minutes late, but I think I can forgive them:). The guys were very professional, courteous and helpful. These guys have taken great care of our items and all our belongings were safe. The moving day usually is stressfull but I just enjoyed it. My hursband told that the driver is very proffesional one. Price I think was very reasanoble. Thanks for the great move and I highly recomend them.

Well let me start by saying that the overs showed up an hour late and that was the best part. They dragged my sofa along the ground chipping the wood legs, when everything was finally moved out we followed them to the new Loft which was about a 7 minute drive. We discovered them parked in a lot a long the way just sitting there burning time i guess to make more money. When we got to the loft and they discovered there were stairs which i had told the booker when i first called to book the move they tried to lock my belongings on the truck and refused to call their head office. I had to stay on the truck myself so they would not drive away with my things. My realtor, brother, friend and 65 year old mother ended up taking things off the truck while i handed things out. Mu poor mother had to pay them off another 300 dollars to keep them from leaving with our belongings. They just stood there and watched us struggle. Totally unacceptable. When i called to complain nothing was done and no one ever got back to me. Stay far away from these criminals.

I hired MM end of June to move household goods of my son and his colleague from 2 locations in Toronto to an apartment in New York City because their price was quite reasonable and reviews for them at this site were better than average. My son and his friend are both doctors going to NY for 1-year fellowships. MM's customer service prior to the move was quite good. They were responsive to my concerns and worked with me all the way. I accompanied my son across the border in our car. MM undertook to deliver the goods within 2 days of pickup. Because of US's immigration laws, my son needed to have crossed the border and delivered a copy of his Visa to the truck driver to enable the goods to be carried across. Although the truck was only an hour behind us, MM had the facility to receive and convey a fax from US Border Control (sent at our request) to the truck driver. Everything went according to plan. Ivan, the truck driver, was constantly in touch with us over the phone. Except for the hitch at the start when the MM truck arrived about 2 hours late for the pickup, everything up to delivery and signoff went pretty smoothly. I have to commend Ivan's professionalism and demeanour. MM gave me a discount on the hourly rate to make up for the delay. Even the 2 labourers MM hired from NY to transfer the goods from the truck acted professionally inspite of being hampered by some construction work that was going on in the apartment in NY. Ivan kind of reminded us of Ed Norton by way of looks, demeanour, and speech, and we were thinking that he would make a good Ed Norton double. Since then, I have been singing MM's praises to all and sundry. It will be their door I will be first knocking on the next time either I or someone close to me wants to hire a mover.

The move went smoother than I could have hoped for!! I've used other movers in the past, and they haven't come close to the service I received from Miracle Movers! I scheduled it pretty last-minute; they only had 3 days notice. But they were incredibly gracious and accommodating. The 2 movers arrived 15 minutes early, were exceptionally polite, and they moved FAST! I've moved 7 times in the last 10 years, and not a single move went as flawlessly as this one did! Thanks!!!

Scheduling agent didn't listen to needs and sent a truck too small. Original estimate of the move (for a 2 bdrm apartment), was 4-6 hours (given that everything was packed in advance). The move ended up taking over 12 hours and a number of furniture items were broken. The movers were slow, took a lot of breaks, and made excuse after excuse for the length of time the move was taking. The movers even held our items for ransom...refusing to unload the truck until they had cash-in-hand in advance. We even ended up having to help the movers load and unload the truck to try and get it done faster. Hands down, the WORST experience of my life. Do NOT USE these guys - you WILL get screwed.

I phoned Miracle Movers a couple of weeks ago for a quote and spoke with Xana who was most helpful, put my mind at ease and assured me that the staff at Miracle Movers were extremely professional and had years of experience. Because of Xana’s very calming personality, I decided to hire Miracle Movers to assist with my move. The movers that were sent to me were Slavo and Vladimir. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen. They were extremely professional, organized, friendly and efficient. So thank you Miracle Movers!! the guys showed up on time and did a great (and fast) job; I asked them to re-attach my doors upstairs (the floor renovator had left them off) and they were happy to do it. The office manager was very friendly and efficient also.

We called them on Thursday, and our move was to happen on Monday. Not only did they promise us that they would be there, they came as early as possible (which was much apprechiated), and did a phenominal move. Quick and easy. No issues at all. The guys where professional. They moved 3 heavy desks, about 5 filing cabinets, chairs, boxes and computer equipment for us. The best part about it, we didn't have to do anything. I would definitely use them again. ALSO, they followed up with us like 10 times. Amazing service.

Guys showed up on time, new how to handle the piano, moved it around quickly and professionaly, wrapped it up in a way it wouldn't move or be damaged under any circumstances, new how to park a truck, put blankets to avoid any scratches to the floor ... and where simply two really nice people to deal with. Taking into account my former moving experience, this one was GREAT. I also enjoyed the fact that the company called me afterwards to confirm te quality of a service. Great job!

I only had to move heavy items from the garage into the house so it was a very small move. Nevertheless, the receptionist worked with me to come up with a very reasonable price for 3 movers. Considering that most moving companies require a minimum 2 hour service + cost of petrol, this company was by far very helpful in that the quality of the movers were great. From the receptionist to the movers themselves, each person showed professionalism and courtesy and tried their level best to work with our furniture issues. Very punctual and sensitive to interior of our home. I will definitely consider this company for a large move.
