These movers are excellent -- Max and his partner were hard-working, efficient, professional and courteous. The job could have cost less except that I asked for a very difficult lifting of a couch over a balcony that proved to add time and extraordinary effort I had not foreseen when I made the request. Still, these men would not give up, and managed to get the job done. Had it not been for my request regarding this one couch, the whole move would have come in completely on budget as promised. As it was, they were up front with the additional cost and when I later realized the difficulty, I was most impressed that they stuck to it to get the job done. I would recommend this moving company and will use them again.

Used Miracle Movers twice this year being referred to them by one of my fellow workers. I could not refrain from not posting a review this time. Excellent customer service with attention to details and multiple follow-ups and confirmations succeeded by friendly and industrious movers merely made my both office and 2 bedroom moves. Movers’ packing skills were impressive (I wish I could have filmed the process). They certainly deserve kudos for their expertise. Will use them again for my son’s studio move sometime this summer.

They came on time and moved everything out of the house quickly. However, the contract added $110 of travel time to the "all inclusive" price quote over the phone, and the hourly rate was different. Taxes were quoted as 13%. The delivered two wardrobe boxes as promised in the contract. When we arrived at the storage unit they told us they needed the wardrobe boxes back because they were only for moving people to a hous, something which was not indicated in the contract. They told us that the 13% in taxes was 16% if we used a credit card rather than pay cash, also not indicated beforehand. Someone had to stand and watch them unload because the continuted to try to pile boxes on top of boxes marked "Do Not Crush", even though this was explained to them repeatedly. They charged us for the time it ook to drive to the locker even thought we were already charged $110 travel time. Worst was that, toward the end, they were clearly wasting time, trying to extend the time they got paid for. Sometimes it took up to 10 minutes to get two small size boxed up the elevator and to the locker. WE WILL DEFINATELY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Called Customer service two book a mover. Spoke to Radu and the agreement was for $220 all incl: 2 hours and 2 men and $27 for each additional 1/2 hour. The movers arrived on time and we agreed to the amount again. As the movers unloaded the truck, one of the movers told me that I had to pay $299 plus tax and the reason was because they used boxes and this sped up the process. But at this point, we were only 1 hour into the agreed two hours and had 5 minutes of moving left. In the end, I told him I had an email confirming this agreed amount. I paid $220 plus tax and a $20 tip. Why is it that movers are notoroious for this? The response below is untrue!

Had an excellent experience with my move. Movers arrived at exactly the time scheduled. They were careful with my apartment contents. Despite difficult situations at the destination (workmen using the service elevator), the movers were patient and understanding. Everything was moved in the time I had expected. No complaints at all.

When I was shopping around for a moving company, I read these reviews and noticed the company was trying to address negative feedback. I hold a great deal of respect for companies taking this type of action. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was very happy with my choice. The front office employees were just as helpful & professional as the two movers. They were on time, met the estimate I was provided with and all my treasures were safely moved. Many companies do not have a plan to compete for business. MM surely do and by giving customers the opportunity to complete a survey shows they take performance measurement seriously. I will definitly use their services again & highly recommend this business.

Although the movers did arrive in time, and were very fast and handled my belongings carefully, I was shocked when they told me that I can't come with them in the moving truck to the delivery location because there were only 2 seats in the truck ! And when I booked them, I had requested very clearly to have a 3 seat truch as I am not driving ! So I had to take a taxi and public transportation and it took me for ever to get to moving in location and during much of this time they just waited in the truck in the back of the apt. building and they charged me for that time ! This is unacceptable and it was a real bad customer experience ! Also, at the end, when I kindly asked them to set up my bed they told me they can't because they have to rush to the next customer. But I was their customer right there needing a little hand with that ! All the movers I used before (from other mover service companies) did that for me. So just be very careful with everything you are requesting when booking this company's services because they can screw you !

Last week I moved from Brampton to Detroit and I wish to express my appreciation for all your efforts, Miracle moves! The result was fantastic. The booking process was prompt and easy. I enjoyed your customer service as well as your movers’ job. The absolutely best thing about Miracle Movers is their same-day-delivery service – no wait time at all. My staff was loaded in the morning and the truck was at my new apartment in Detroit late afternoon…no need to worry about where do I sleep and what do I ware after arriving in Detroit…Loved it. For those who are worried about the border crossing paperwork, which I for one was – the office rep prepared all of my customs documents. And finally to the service on the moving date: the truck arrived on time. Movers first of all asked questions about my house to understand my needs. They seemed to be polite, responsible, hard-working and professionally trained. The loading was fast and efficient – special thanks to Slava. I received several estimations and decided to choose Miracle Movers because their prices are reasonable, so I could afford their service and they have a nice reputation on the net. I highly recommend using the company. I am truly grateful to this company for making my move miraculously easy and stress free. Thank you!

There is nothing I hate more than the moving process. It's just a giant headache, and I was looking for a moving company that wouldn't add to that headache. Miracle Movers was great, on-time and friendly. They were gentle with my stuff and seemed genuinely eager to get me into my new apartment comfortably - AND at the price we initially agreed upon, which is always a plus. I'd recommend them for sure!

Awful moving company. Did not have a good experience with this company. They were an 1.5 hour late causing problems with the scheduled elevator times . This was the worst moving company ever ! . Our move was close by so we moved most of small stuff and only left the big furniture(1bed, 2 couches,2tables.1 computer table, 3 cats towers) but it took 2,5h. I'm pretty sure most of these google reviews are fake and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!They were non-apologetic and didn't seem to care. It took so much longer than we thought and charged too much. When we complain ,they offered us 1/2hour refund . It has been almost a month and we still have not received the check they promised send us. They just asked us to delete negative review so bad. Terrible moving company ever!!!!!
