    Moving

    Good team I have used them twice in Toronto and I will use them again when the time comes.

    Perfect move experience

    CONDO TO CONDO

    professional from the word go, on time, polite ready to work and the biggest was no undisclosed hidden charges .As A realtor that used there services I Would defiantly use there services again and recommend to all my clients

    Moving and storage

    First time I got to know Miracle Movers when our office was moving furniture a few years ago. Now I was needed the service to place my furniture and stuff to the storage, for the time I do renovations in my home. Without hesitation, we call Miracle Movers and scheduled an appointment. The team arrived on time, very well prepared, in masks. They were very fast, efficient and very friendly. All oversized and breakable items were wrapped and all furniture and other items were carefully loaded. At the warehouse all was transferred into big containers and all paperwork was done very fast. The whole moving experience was like a breeze for us. To work in apartment buildings is not easy but job was done very professionally. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family and would be using them again, if needed.

    Couldn’t have done it myself!

    Miracle movers sent three strong and capable men, who had no trouble lifting any of our heavy and awkward furniture. They were able to Tetris all of our stuff into one large truck, which we did not think possible and nothing was damaged or broken! Definitely made my family and friends think twice about not using this service after we told them about our amazing experience!

    No rip off

    Exceptional service! This is the best moving company in the Toronto area. They return your calls right away. They give you a quote over the phone and then follow up by email. You pay by the hour and after the second hour, you pay in increments of 15 minutes so you never feel misled. And there are no hidden charges. What I don't like with some movers is when they charge you a last minute long walkway fee because they had to walk more than 10 ft to your door. Miracle movers don't do this. Finally, a reliable moving company that doesn't make you feel like you're being ripped off.

    Fast and effective service, but the individual workers can be hit or miss

    I was recommended Miracle Movers by my sister, who’d used their services about 3 months before I did. The container drop-off and pick-up was smooth and easy, a great addition to general moving services and I didn’t have to worry about buying tons of boxes and tape. should be available across all moving companies. My movers were fast and efficient, especially because I had an elevator booked, so they were very quick. My only issue was that my particular movers were not the most pleasant individuals, asked very personal questions which made me and my sister uncomfortable, and in some situations, weren’t wearing their disposable masks, which my mother (who works in a hospital) asked them to put on, and they gave excuses as to why they didn’t. I would say as a service, the company was great and it was pretty easy, especially because it was my first time using movers ever. I just wished my movers were a bit more professional.

    Great move!

    I’ve used Miracle Movers twice and both times they were great. The movers showed up on time and were quick and efficient. They handled my belongings with care and disassembled and reassembled a few furniture pieces. Very friendly movers and great communication when I inquired about the move right up until the actual move. Good pricing as well! Definitely recommend.

    Miracle movers

    I’ve used this company many times and have referred my boss to them as well. They provide excellent service. They are my Go-to when I need moving services.

    Do not hire for expensive and large items

    I had to move only 7-8 boxes, 5 garbage bags of clothes, an entertainment centre, a bed and bed frame, as well as a cabinet. I was moving from a 2-floor apartment to a 1-floor apartment. The estimate I received was 2 hours ($450). As soon as the movers arrived, they took a look at the cabinet and I could tell it would be a problem for them. They wrapped the cabinet in blankets and realized it was too tall to move vertically through the door. Then, they moved it horizontally through the door using a gurney and realized they couldn't fit it well in the elevator. Needless to say, they gave up and wasted 1 hour of my time (paid time) trying to figure out how to move the cabinet, taking pictures, making phone calls, wrapping and unwrapping etc. A job that should have taken 2-3 hours MAX (completed) took 4 hours and they didn't end up assembling my furniture when I arrived to my new apartment (that was my choice as I didn't want to give them another 2 hours' worth of pay). I ended up hiring new movers and they were able to move the cabinet in less than 20 minutes!! They moved it in 1 piece safely and by using carpets and straps. Please do not hire these Miracle Movers as it will be an incomplete job and they will likely not move all your items. I am so unbelievably disappointed in them and the fact that I gave them $620 of my hard-earned money.

The crew did their best in order to maneuver with the equipment taken, but due to size of the item and layout specifications the decision was made to leave the item at the pickup location for it's safety. It is very upsetting that we were not given the chance in order to complete the job, but we glad that all the information discovered was brought to another company's attention so they came prepared and were able to relocate the cabinet.
